Waited over an hour and a half for a delivery and still no sandwich. Voided my order but still hungry. Not so freaky fast…

This place is horrible. I ordered $ 30 in food a week ago from this location and I had tuna fish smeared all on top of my sandwich and my order took 1 hour to arrive. This time I just removed the top bun and ate the sandwich. Today I ordered the same order as last week and the delivery driver called and said he left my food with concierge. When he was supposed to contact me when he arrived. Upon retrieving my food from concierge the sodas were spilled and running out of the bag and my 2 bags of chips were missing as well as the cookie that went along with the order. I contacted the delivery person and his excuse was he just delivers the orders it’s not a requirement for him to check them. I called the store and spoke with the manager he had the rest of my ordered rede liveried along with a new set of sodas after 45 mins of placing my order. After sitting down to open my sandwich I smelled tuna. And yet again tuna was smeared on the now bottom of my sandwich. I can not stand tuna fish ughhhh! I called back and spoke with the manager and told him I was not happy with my order and would like a refund. He stated that they make a lot of sandwiches and sometimes beef and tuna gets stuck on sandwiches. This lets me know this place is filthy and that they don’t wipe their counters or knives off in between sandwiches so if anyone has any types of allergy you are screwed. His only suggestion for me is to order again tomorrow and pay another $ 30 in food and he will make sure that my food doesn’t have tuna on it and that it will be correct. I love jimmy johns and I have never had any issues when I ordered from their midtown location with delivery and they are on bikes. I will not be ordering from this place again. I will be contacting corporate on this matter me spending $ 60 in a week on sandwiches and have this issue is not acceptable.

It’s not freaky fast. My co-worker orders from here all the time so I decided to give it a shot since I’m on a time crunch. My office is across the street, I called to order, was put on hold for 4 min. Then called back ordered 1 sandwich, its been 25 min and counting.

My boyfriend and I order delivery from here all the time! Today our driver forgot our bottle of water so she went all the way back to the store and returned with TWO bottles of water and two cookies! What a sweet heart! I love this place, best ever!

Meh… I usually visit a different JJ’s in Midtown, but decided to quickly stop by this one near my job because I was craving a Gargantuan Unwich(the bomb). Parking is difficult at best. There were like 20 people behind the counter, mostly socializing. A couple delivery guys seemed extremely vocal whether customers were there or not. I quickly ordered and was handed my sandwich sans any type of bag. I asked for a bag and she pointed to a pile of bags at my disposal. I should have known right when she asked me if I wanted mayo or mustard to go that something was wrong. So I said does this have mayo and Italian on it? She reassured me it did. Got back to my office and tore into it. I must say, it was not the same as the Midtown location. There was no Italian or seasoning on it at all. At some point, I bit into the blob of mayo in the middle and that was about it. Not spectacular.

First off, I love JJ’s food, but this location falls way short on delivery service. We frequently order(but no longer) lunch from here at my office, but the last 3 orders they’ve screwed up. They’ll leave out chips or pickles you order, or they won’t get the billing right. Messing up once in a while is okay, but 3 times in a row seems like a systematic issue at this location.

I LOVE Jimmy Johns and the Italian night club is pretty much my go to when I need some food delivered. The 2 stars has nothing to do with the food but this location itself. Three orders in a row — and three issues. First, they forgot the lemonade, then they got lost(they come here often), then we requested food delivered to the pool and the delivery guy missed it even though it was printed on the receipt. Management should reinforce some attention to detail here. This loyal customer is losing his patience.

I’m sadly regretting that I have to leave a poor review. Seeing that I’m a recurring customer disappoints me even more. I usually order the same items; 1 sub and 2 bags of chips. When my order was delivered, I was told I had to come down and get it myself(I thought this was a delivery service? Also, I work at a rooftop bar). I didn’t notice until later that I had only received 1 bag instead. Usually I’m not one to hassle anyone but hey! I paid for the extra bag, why don’t I get it? I then called the establishment stating that I had not received my full order. Was put on hold and then hung up on. Called back again, and the gentlemen who answered said that the chips were on the way. I politely asked if they were going to deliver it to me because every other time they always have. He quickly answered, «no, you’ll have to come downstairs and get it, we’re too busy!» And that was the end of our phone call. I went downstairs and never received the item. I have contacted corporate about the issue and they have been nice and rectified the problem by sending me a gift card. I haven’t brought myself to order with them since the problem occurred. Basically if you’re saying you’re «too busy» then you’re too busy to make some money off of me.

I tried this location about a week ago, and was severely disappointed, however today I decided to give them another chance. Today, they redeemed themselves. The person who answered the phone was very polite, checked to make sure he had the order correct, and checked the address twice. To make it even better, my sandwich arrived within ten minutes of my order completion. Thanks Jimmy John’s!

I have ordered from this location twice after eating it for the first time a few days ago. I had gotten a club tuna lettuce wrap and it was amazing! Today I was hungover and really needed something substantial. So I ordered the gourmet veggie club sandwich with 7 grain bread and added bacon and sprouts to it. Because why the hell not?! I also got a club lulu lettuce wrapped for later when I felt like eating meat. The guy on the phone was pleasant took my order promptly, told me the total and that it would be delivered soon. Less than half an hour later the sandwiches have arrived! I grab the veggie club. Bread was great! Now for the con. The bacon and sprouts were not there :(okay I thought maybe they just forgot. I look at the receipt and not only was it listed but I was charged extra for the bacon(as would be expected) that was not there. Everyone makes mistakes. We shall see how next time goes

This place is a hit or miss location. We always call in or order online at the office, and expect the super fast service that they rave about. As a chain, there is a standard that must be upheld, especially when they advertise being super speedy fast. Sometimes we get our orders in 5 minutes, and sometimes it takes over an hour. Not sure what the bottleneck is here, but calling one hour«super speedy fast» is pushing it… The sandwiches standard. I like being able to customize my sandwich(some add on’s are free, like the alfalfa sprouts, *WIN*). I like the chips they offer and the pickles and chips you can add to your meal for minimal cost.

Jimmy John’s is popular in my office for team lunches, and I learned that they’ll even bring over an order of a single sandwich.(Yay on no minimum purchase!!!) Since this discovery, I’ve ordered a solo-meal delivery from Jimmy John’s twice and both times my meal has arrived in less than 30 minutes. My favorite sandwich is the Vito, and I prefer it wrapped in lettuce rather than bread. It’s like eating a salad in my hand, and I really, really like it. My favorite chips are the salt-n-vinegar and the slogan is dead on — «salty and crunch the way a chip is supposed to be» or something like that… I also love the oatmeal raisin cookie, and not just because it’s the size of my face; it’s buttery and moist too! The reason this review is 3 stars instead of 4 is because I was charged an extra $ 1 on my credit card transaction. I felt like I couldn’t dispute it because we no longer get a carbon of our credit card receipt and it was a few days later that I saw the extra charge. One dollar is not a big deal to an individual, but the CPA in me knows that if you do that for 400 transactions in a day, you’ve just gotten an extra $ 400. Based on this experience, my review is 3 stars and I paid for my second order in cash. Overall, good experiences with Jimmy John’s and their freaky fast delivery. And try the hand salad!

I’m a bit peeved with the people who answer the phone. The delivery guys are AWESOME! Super cool, really fast and nice. I order 1 – 3 sandwiches from this location multiple times a week and they never mess up my order. Today was different. I called on my way to work and the guy in the phone said he couldn’t hear me but repeated my order back to me, Billy Club– NO tomato Light Mayo Unwhich. Perfect. I just got it. Smothered in mayonnaise and with about 6 tomatoes on it. You know what, no big deal. It’s Friday I’m having a good day. So one if my servers wants a sandwich too, I call back to order hers and let them know just as an FYI that my order was incorrect and I had just called 15 min prior. The lady on the phone sat there in silence. I said hello? She said«ha ya so you just Got a sandwich?» …ya? I repeated myself, «yes I just ordered one that was delivered but it’s incorrect. It’s covered in tomatoes and mayo which I didn’t want» Again, silence. She didn’t say a word. Not ‘oh I’m sorry’, not even ‘that sucks’. Nothing. Honestly it kind of pissed me off. I was calling to order ANOTHER sandwich, and you can’t even say MY B?! Rude. Good thing I’m not allergic to tomatoes. FAIL.

Granted I swore off Jimmy John’s after a bad experience at their Vinings location, but when the team at my new Buckhead office wanted to grab lunch together at Jimmy John’s, I couldn’t say no. So off we trotted to Jimmy John’s. It’s a convenient location if your office is in walking distance; however, I’ve heard parking in the deck can be tricky. The sandwich was tasty. I gotta give props to the nice manager(or franchise operator?) who was working during this lunch shift. He was ready to hand out more napkins, condiments, whatever we needed. My sandwich was delicious, and I enjoyed sitting with my team on their patio. This JJ’s is also a great spot for people watching. Something tells me I’ll be back here with my team soon…

Today was probably the most exhausting day for Jimmy John’s because of the crazy line they got for Customer Appreciate Day! Their 8″ subs were just a buck!!! The line started growing around 11am and it took us 30 min. to order. Luckily it wasn’t raining otherwise we’ll be drenched. Fortunately, Jimmy John’s are known for their quick service so our wait for the subs were but a minute or two. I got the Turkey Tom«unwhich», which means no bread, just the meat wrapped in lettuces. The reason I gave them a 3 star because they left out the alfalfa sprouts, not sure if they ran out or just don’t serve it anymore. But my wrap was a bit on the scanty side without the sprouts! Other than today, there’s no minimum required for delivery. It’s ridiculous that they would deliver 1 sub order.
