Awful customer service We got gifts from friends for our babies(twins). We tried to exchange then today with a gift receipt for a bigger size and encountered two problems: 1). The gifts were bought at an outlet of the same brand in North Carolina, and their policy does not allow regular stores to receive exchanges from outlet stores. This is a problem in their policy. 2). The two women in the store gave awful customer service. They did not provide any options other than going to the outlet in North Carolina were the gifts were bought, and we live in Atlanta. Their attitude was extremely snotty I subsequently called the store in North Carolina. The store manager there was very nice on the phone and did give an option to mail the gifts, and she would mail us store credit. While I am thankful to her for giving me an option around the problematic company policy, in practice I do not have time to go to a post office, pay to send the gift back, etc Hence, I wish the company reviews and changes their policy, and especially, I wish they better train their employees in customer service.

Awwwww… my children so dressed this way as kids. I love this store, small and intimate. A friend is about to be a grandmother, and I;m doing lots of baby shoppin these days.
