Based on what the parking lot looks like in the evenings and nights, I decided that the only time I’d ever come here is for brunch. With that being said, that’s when I went. The service was a little unpolished but not bad. It would probably help if it was indicated on the menu that some of the waffle offerings are seasonal, to avoid a longer than necessary ordering experience. Also, stating all the toppings that are included would help as well, so that people like me who don’t enjoy whipped cream don’t have to go scraping it off of their food. I did enjoy the sausages, the eggs not so much. I don’t really indulge in the potent potables, so I have no opinion on the bar. All in all, not bad. I’d return because of the close proximity to my home, but I’m not exactly dying to bring my peeps there.

Okay but don’t be mad at me for saying this. SUPER ghetto, I heard the food was great. So I decided to eat here. Well I don’t know if any of you ever had a friend that can cook, and cook the hell out of the food that all your foods nutrients has vanished? Yup, I had steak, scrambled eggs and potatoes. I mean my meal was deader than dead when I came out. It was over fried, over cooked and over seasoned. Did I mention it was on a Sunday too, I walked up in there at 11:00 a.m. and they had club music blasting, I couldn’t even hear my conversation. I sat at the bar to eat because it was the quickest way to get feed. That meant I saw how they made the drinks, not sanitary at all. My poor mimosa was like toilet water. They have a fancy menu with all types of cake recipes made into waffles. So beware lots of red and green food dye for coloring. Never got my coffee because the waiters are rushing you to order, pay and leave so they can seat the next customer.

The waffles are really good. But I didn’t like the sausage… A little over cooked. The eggs were nice and fluffy. I found this place from an I instagram friend. The inside is clean. But the outside looks a little weird and you don’t get a warm welcome feeling. The ambience is off a little. And the waitress was lacking

Glad i gave this place a second chance. My partner and I had breakfast here a few months and the food was excellent yet the service was horrible. On a Friday night I wanted something good to eat and decided we would try infusion again and I’m glad we did. We walked in to be greeted by all the staff and was immediately seated. I had the shrimp and grits which was delicious. My partner had chicken and waffles the caramel apple pie… loved it. Our drinks were strong my blueberry lemonade tasted more like blue Hawaiian but it was still strong. Overall, it was a pleasant experience the food is hands down some of the best breakfast food in town.

Ok for real… I don’t even know where to start. I came here on a date night because a co-worker told me it was a nice spot and the food was good. I don’t even know why I didn’t pay her no mind because she has ghetto tendencies, let me give you my break down of this place. First we park in this tight«beep» parking lot and go inside and I didn’t know if I was at a hookah bar, sports bar or a café type place. Let’s go with one theme and work from there ok… mmmmk Second. I ordered the red velvet waffles and chicken which I do have to admit was pretty tasty however the chicken was a little on the dry side. As I was eating two ladies walk in with bags and you can not tell me they don’t slide down a pole for a living. I think I had dinner with hustlers, hoes and pimps. I’m pretty sure I won’t be frequenting this place again and I’m ok with that. It just didn’t seem clean in there.

This was my first time here and I don’t recommend it. I had the omelette and it was bland, chunky, and cold. My friend got the yam waffle and the first one had hair on it and the second one was alright. The eggs aren’t very good. But the atmosphere is nice, good music, pretty interior. Maybe their lunch/dinner options are better.

I ordered the fish and chips on a Wednesday night with a friend. OK here’s the deal, the place has a cool sleek vibe. The food was good but the drinks are horrible. The drinks were watered down not even a filled glass. ***Advice to manager FIRETHEBARTENDER*** Also the service seems ghetto. The host and the waiters lookl like they were hired literally off the street. Hire some attractive women and men. Also it’s a shame no crowds here it has prime real estate. They should really set up the place for dancing and live music This is what’s missing here

I came here for breakfast with my college friends I was visiting over Independence Day weekend. Upon entrance was a podium with a friendly hostess dividing the restaurant in two. Off to the left there was a nice looking bar sectioned off to the left, which I did not get to experience this time around, and a large dining area to the right. Place was very dark with a very dark interior which was not much of a bother during breakfast time. Plenty of TVs to watch any sports you wanted to watch lined all above the windows. They loved their Blue Curaçao. You ordered a mixed drink/cocktail and its probably gonna be blue and orange flavored. So its an easy up-sell, why not I guess. Ordered a steak and cheesy eggs with grits. Yes I did quite enjoy it and if you’re ever in the mood for southern comfort food, this is always a pretty safe bet. Definitely not very crowded before the afternoon, I think two to three other parties plus a couple people at the bar were present. Service was only OK. All the servers looked pretty tired as if they had a hard night themselves, not a dealbreaker but they didn’t bring much to the experience. Its true, it took me a while to pump this review out, so in the end, this didn’t have a very big impression on me, but they had a pretty solid selection of soco food on top of the very probable fact that they loved squeezing smurfs into their drinks. Not my first choice but definitely one I’d be game for in the future.

I decided to try this place for brunch. After reading some of the reviews I was really nervous about receiving bad service. I was pleasantly surprised. I was the first to arrive so I waited in the chairs up front for my friend to get there. Every server that walked by asked if I’d been helped. We were sat when my friend walked in and the server was at our table within a minute. She told us that we can do half and half waffles in case we want to try two flavors. I got the chicken and wafffles(½ red velvet and ½ cookies n cream) and a Screwdriver to drink. My friend got half candied yams and half Apple pie I think. When the food arrived everything looked super delicious. I was a little nervous the wafffles might be too sweet you know more like eating dessert than breakfast but they were perfect. I still can’t decide if I like the red velvet or cookies n cream better. When I go back I’ll just get it spilt again. The parking lot is a little scary but at least it’s free to park. If you check in on Unilocal you get 10% off your bill– not much but every little bit counts. I took off one star because the drinks are really expensive my well vodka Screwdriver was 11.50. And it was super tiny… came in a short glass full of ice. I know we’re in Atlanta but this isn’t the kinda place that should serve drinks this price. I expect that at more upscale places. I was expecting it to be 7 – 8 but I guess that’s what I get for not asking first. Anyhoo, I can’t wait to go back!

Went for brunch with friends about 2 weeks back. Infusion bistro wasn’t crowded(maybe 10 other people there) but service was really slow. So slow that my friends turkey bacon(ordered as a side to the waffles) arrived after we’d finished out food-we said never mind to it at that point and asked it be removed from the bill. Also a friend ordered a cheese omelette with mushrooms that when delivered to the table didn’t have a single mushroom in it, lol. Again, we asked for a bill adjustment. I was really excited to try the flavored waffles which seems to be what sets infusion bistro apart from other places, but honestly my red velvet waffle didn’t really taste any different than my friends traditional waffle. It just seemed like a red waffle. Which tasted fine, it was good, but didn’t give me a red velvet vibe. My scrambles eggs were good as was the turkey bacon, so maybe we just went on an off day? Nonetheless I’d be willing to give this spot another try.

On the recommendation of a family member, we headed to Infusion Bistro for breakfast. For a Monday morning, which was a holiday by the way, the place was pretty empty. On the plus side, we were seated immediately. The menu was expansive and provided a wealth of breakfast options. I opted for the salmon cakes with a side of scrambled eggs and seasoned potatoes. The food itself was just okay; it wasn’t bad nor was it exceptional. My food was rather under seasoned and my salmon cake was bit on the dry side. On the plus side, the service was exceptional. Our food was delivered promptly and our table was checked on regularly. I’m not sure I’d go out of my way to patronize Infusion Bistro again but overall it was a good experience.

My visit today was not good at all. Boarder line bad. Started with a sign on the front door stating their credit card machine was down. Awesome seeing that after giving the valet your car. I waited in the lobby sitting area while my friend ran to get some cash. I was a witness to bickering between employees and lots of confusion. Once my friend returned with cash we were seated. Waitress brought us some waters and said she’d be right back to take our drink order. 20 minutes later we had to go to the hostess desk to ask what was going on. We later found out she«forgot about us because she was triple sat» The manager took over our table for a while and quickly got our drinks and food out. Food was good as usual. But the service that day sucked. It was not even half way full either. I noticed other tables complaining about various issues.

Went to Infusion with a few of my girls for brunch last Sunday. The lot is small so get there early. We aimed for 10:30am and had our pick of spaces. Service was good. There weren’t too many people in there just yet and the staff was very attentive. I ordered the shrimp and grits. I wanted a waffle since this is what they’re known for, but didn’t want to be greedy. The waiter informed me I could do a half order so I got half of a red velvet waffle. The shrimp and grits were plentiful but nothing to write home about. All around good though. I do regret not getting a whole red velvet waffle though. That thing was good! I’ll definitely be getting that again and trying some of the other kinds! I patiently waited til 12 so I could get a drink. When it hit, I ordered a peach lemonade with ciroc vodka(they must have a deal with Diddy or something because a lot of their drinks feature Ciroc lol!). That drink was SO good! What I liked most was I got a nice portion of shrimp and grits, half a waffle, and a nice sized drink for less than $ 30. I’ll definitely patronize this place again :-)

3.5 for food, 2 for service/general lack of organization My fried fish and grits(two fresh-fried filets, probably catfish, a «sweet potato biscuit», yellow cornmeal grits and two eggs) was pretty good, as a whole, but I feel that it’s hard to get most elements of that meal wrong. I definitely could have used some more sweet potato flavor in the biscuit. The grits, while very creamy and buttery, seemed, well, more gritty(i.e. undercooked) than I’m used to. We split two halves of a waffle between us: Georgia Peach Pie, and Red Velvet Cake. The former was pretty good(and sweet enough that we didn’t need syrup), but I was frankly unimpressed by the latter. The bf’s order, however, was messed up. Our waitress repeated, «Only sausage and onion?» after he had requested those ingredients in his omelet. That was correct! He did not, however, request cheese… and he is quite lactose intolerant. Guess what ended up also present in the omelet when it arrived? It may have just been the fact that we visited this place on New Years Day, but it sure seemed like the waitresses were too scarce or unprepared. Our waitress started clearing the plates on our table while I was still eating. We spent an awfully long time waiting for the check to come, such that another waitress had to come to our rescue. We watched servers and kitchen staff/management in confusion over how many orders of toast(for one table) had actually been brought out. In one word: unprofessional. I think this place has a certain appeal… I am sure it would be the perfect place for a post-clubbing brunch, or for a girls’ night/breakfast. However, on the strength of its breakfast offerings(and the servers bringing out those offerings), there is some definite room for improvement.

I thought this was a nightclub. I pass it every time I go to get my haircut, which is every 2 weeks. I REALLY thought it was a club. This particular Saturday late morning/early afternoon, I stumbled upon a Scoutmob mobile deal, and went in. It was nothing like what I imagined or expected. It wasn’t crowded, there was a professional casual diverse type crowd, and my server and runner were GREAT! The hostess and 2 – 3 other servers were standing around the hostess stand chatting, as if they had no patrons. A woman passed by and noticed me looking perturbed, and asked if I had been helped. When I said no, she immediately took care of me, and even gave me extra attention throughout my meal. I asked her if she was the manager, and she said no, although people ask her that all the time. I wanted the carrot cake waffles, but they were seasonal. So I went with some kind of caramel apple waffle fancy thingamajig. OUTSTANDING! My eggs were great, and I even enjoyed the turkey bacon– no pork here, bummer. Grits were the bomb! I’m glad I took a HUGE chance and stopped in. The young lady who brought my meal out, Sunni, has the most beautifully stunning smile ever. I’m convinced she’s really a model, working here part time. Great experience! I’m going to go back, and convince some others to give it a try, too. I just will NOT park in that lot. That’s asking for an accident. Deduct star for horrid parking.

It’s such a neat idea to have infused waffles. But what sucks is the idea is in a place worth not going to unless you’re going for hookah. We had the misfortune eating here after the Falcons Saints Thursday night game. It was late and everyone wanted to have a good meal and go to bed. We ordered things from both the dinner menu and breakfast menu. Everyone seemed to think the food was okay but it was nothing to write home about and the service had to be the worse that I have ever encountered in my entire life! I ordered the candy yams waffle with a side of turkey bacon. One person ordered the seafood pasta and the other ordered grits and fish. The fish and grits came out and my side of turkey bacon. After about 10 minutes the pasta came out. I struggled with whether or not to eat the bacon but once the pasta was on the table and my friend was eating her fish and grits, I decided I better eat it before it was very cold even know I didn’t have the waffles. When they both finished up their meals my waffles finally made their way to the table. It was probably a 3-star item but it was definitely no star service. It is also worth noting that we had to flag down our waitress for silverware and refills. When she brought the check out, she stood over my friend as she filled out the gratuity and total. Even when we gave her Oh what are you doing look she’s still there. Finally we asked if she would give us a minute, and she seemed puzzled by the request but agreed to do so. However, she returned in less than a minute, and pick up the check. I could not stop laughing because it was tacky and it was the first time she ever returned to the table with any sense of urgency. I have no desire to return here and can’t find any good reason to suggest you give it a try either.

I know what you’re thinking… «This place doesn’t look that great.» From the bad Unilocal reviews, to the odd location and little parking, to the sign that looks like it belongs on a nightclub more than it does on a breakfast spot. Infusion is questionable at first glance… But Scoutmob said«Hey kiddo, you should give this place a shot because we said so.» Result: I had breakfast here this morning and it was AMAZING. I knew they had infused waffles(duh) so I already knew that I wanted to order the Cookies n Cream waffle with Oreos. But then, the server told me the Georgia Peach was the most popular flavor. I couldn’t decide. And then something magical happened… She said, «Why don’t you do half and half?» WHAT!!! I can get two different flavor waffles in one?! At Infusion… you can.(A picture of this holy creation has been uploaded to this page so you can see it in all of its glory) Everything we ordered was fantastic. Our service was great. I’m definitely coming back… and bringing friends.

I have had Infusion on my priority«To-Do» list for about a month. I finally got a chance to dine in for Sunday Brunch after rallying the troops. To start the parking situation was cumbersome, I didn’t see a valet guy as previous reviews state. The parking lot is like an entrapped war zone, so we opted to park in the structure about a block away. No real complaints there, except valet should be mandatory and complimentary at all times. From the parking situation we thought we were in for a massive crowd. Nope! Not at all. We were quickly taken to a booth seat and drink orders were placed. The surroundings were very nice. I love the transition that has happened with this place. TV’s are everywhere and the music is just at the right audio levels and great music choices. Drinks were quickly served and food orders placed. Then came the wait… and wait… and wait. No wait for it… wait for it… waaaiiiitttt… Luckily we had some conversations to throw out to keep us entertained but we didn’t forget that we placed food orders. We just decided to be polite. I’m just confused as to how a western omelette, infusion waffle, turkey bacon, and chicken strips took so long! I could have cooked them myself. There wasn’t a large crowd at all. Something is missing. The Western Omelet arrived with the chicken strips first. then about 5 minutes later the waffle arrived(yeah confusing right) then about 3 minutes later the syrup arrived(even more confusing). I tried my friends omelet which was pretty good. I ordered the chicken and waffles. The chicken strips were nicely breaded but nothing spectacular. The waffles were more of a novelty of looks than flavor. I couldn’t really tell the difference between the red and green side as far as taste. It kind of just tasted like a plain olé’ waffle. This is my opinion, try it yourself and let me know. It looked good on the plate. The check and clean up happened in the blink of an eye. So if your in a hurry to leave, don’t worry they take good care of you. Overall, I would go back but for a late night meal being that they are open in the wee hours of the AM. Which would be more appropriate for the wait, when your in a half drunken stupor or when you want decent food at a good cost that is not the Waffle House.

2 stars is about right. I saw the reviews before sitting down. How bad could breakfast be? Had coffee and a 2 cheese omelette. Now I’ve had a few omelettes, but this one was poor. If you look at the photo, the shredded cheddar cheese was partially melted and a slice of Swiss cheese was draped over the whole affair. Not much to look at. Edible but not appetizing. It was 10 am and not too crowded and while I saw some wait staff sipping coffee there were still some areas requiring cleaning near my table and the laminated menus could be cleaner. A D on cleanliness given ample idle help. Save your money.

I was lured here by the Scoutmob deal and my still insatiable craving for chicken and waffles — more on that later. I’d driven down Piedmont several times these past few weeks and not once noticed it. Even while looking for it, I almost passed it. It’s located next to the Lindbergh City Center(or the Taco Mac plaza). It’s in a pretty dark corner — seriously, there needs to be more lights. We had dinner here last night around 8PM, it was completely empty when we came in — and it’s quite a large space, complete with a full bar on the other side of the dining area. The hostess and server were fairly nice, we were seated promptly and our orders were taken as soon as we were ready. I ordered, of course, the«Chicken & Waffles» — with a red velvet waffle(something interesting from the menu: they offer a variety of dessert waffles — such as red velvet, cookies & cream, apple pie, etc). The boyfriend ordered the«Steak & Eggs» — with his steak ‘medium rare’ and his eggs ‘scrambled with cheese’; they also came with a side of diced potatoes(or grits). It took almost 40 minutes for everything to come out. Needless to say we were starving. The waffle came out nice — warm and tender, topped with whipped cream — the chicken however(two tiny tenders) was really dry — I drowned it in syrup to make it more edible, healthy, I know. The ‘Steak & Eggs’ didn’t look at all appealing and didn’t taste great either. First, the steak wasn’t remotely ‘medium’, they cooked it ‘well done’ though it was more overcooked than either. Thank goodness for A1 sauce. The eggs were pretty disgusting, they were also overcooked and flavorless. I liked the potatoes, the boyfriend didn’t. Because his meal was pretty bad, he decided to order another waffle — to go. It took another 30 minutes for it to come out. And in the entire time we there, there was only one other table). Also, when we used our Scoutmob at the end, the server informed us that because we only ordered from the Breakfast menu(which is «served all day»), we couldn’t use the dinner discount. Definitely not worth it full price.
