I used to come here often as a kid. But i went in tonight and got the worst service I’ve had ever. My waitress took my order and when it was ready it sat under the heat lamp for almost 15 minutes. I finally had to walk up to where the entire wait staff was standing and ask if i still have to tip them if i have to get my own food. They finally brought my food but it was ice cold. I had to make them remake the order. And I’m currently sitting here waiting. It has been almost 45 minutes since i placed my order and i finally have something which resembles food…

We came in at an odd time of day after a doctor’s appointment. My daughter wanted breakfast, so IHOP it was. We were greeted and immediately seated. Restaurant is a little smaller than most other IHOP locations I have been in, but the staff was friendly. Our food arrived quickly and was delicious.

I’m giving this a no star. I walked in and shortly walked out. The place had an awful stench, there was only a few tables in the restaurant but they had us wait at the door! Food on the floor and dirty tables. Bypass this location and find another one.

This was the worst experience at an IHOP my friends and I have ever had. It was a Sunday afternoon, so I understand that it was going to be busy. We were seated at an unclean booth and the server was quite rude overall. I was given a used silverware pack with a used straw paper inside as well and one of my friends had to ask for one. No apologies about it. The staff was very rude overall. We were seated close to the server station and the staff was making very rude comments about their guests with profanity. There were also unsanitary deeds being committed at the station. The restaurant was overall disgusting. The cashier made rude comments about us as we were leaving. We will never return to this location. I live by the Kennesaw location which is total opposite to this particular one. I was shocked to see that this was how they find it acceptable to treat their paying guests. Outrageous.

We always get quick service here, unless it is a holiday because they’re practically the only place open. Then it’s a long wait. The food is always hot and comforting. They have good coffee and sugar free syrup for us diabetics and dieters.

I will never come here again. The wait time for drinks alone was beyond ridiculous. Not to mention, the wait time for the person to take our order was even longer! Others came in after we did and received their food before we did. Thirty minutes later, drinks started appearing, had to ask twice for water, was given sprite instead, sent it back and waited more for the water I originally asked for in the beginning. Food started appearing occasionally for people *there was about ten of us* Several people had to ask for their drinks repeatedly. It took the waiter several minutes in between plates and drinks to even come back. SLOWSLOWSLOW. Finally, I got my food and drink to go and had to leave. So, I go up to the front to pay. The cashier is even slower! I’m in the front of the line so I assume she is ringing up my ticket, No. Wrong, she is asking the people behind me what their food was and then slowly ringing it up. The place appears to be dirty and not managed well. I should say, that after I arrived home and reheated my food in the microwave it was mediocre.

This place was really bad when we went. It was too cold, food was bad and so was the service. Waitress only came by once. Not to mention that every IHOP I’ve been to offers military discount yet this one refused to offer it. Honestly, I won’t be returning the EVER again.

This location is very small and awkward. They keep it entirely too cold in this IHOP. I’ve been a couple of times since I live relatively close and I always feel like I need a winter coat. The ice storm inside the restaurant makes it very uncomfortable to sit and enjoy your meal. Its never packed when I go which is a plus but remember to wear a winter coat

I’ve lived 1 mile away from this place for 8 years, and this is only the 2nd time I’ve ever been there. IHOP holds many memories for me at different stages of my life — from the kid that stacked strawberry pancakes to the 3AM «after the bar» stop in college. I remember IHOP being a 2-trick pony with pancakes and basic breakfast fare. I was trying to decide what to eat while running errands on a Saturday AM and said«what the heck». Being 10AM on a Saturday morning — it was understandably busy, however we were seated as a twosome without wait. First thing I noticed was the menu was about double from what I remembered. There were more omelets, sandwiches, etc. I told my other half that the food was going to look exactly like the pictures. She laughed when it came out looking exactly like the pictures. I went with the Chorizo omelet, which to my surprise was quite tasty and well cooked. The wife got some sort of open face sandwich with chicken and cheddar cheese sauce — and it was banging. We both commented that we usually pay $ 30+ for brunch(without drinks) at hipper spots around Atlanta, and the quality of our IHOP meal beat a lot of them.

Super small location, but it doesn’t really take away from the charm of this particular IHOP. Our server was super nice and attentive, if not just a little shy, but it was quite endearing. The spot doesn’t really give the leeway to sit and talk for a while — much more a sit and eat and leave type of vibe, but it works for a quick meal. The blueberry pancakes were LADEN with blueberry topping and it made it hard to enjoy and the plates were super small, but I suppose the price of the meals accommodate for the slight plate size.

my family and i decided to go to this ihop tonight. BIG mistake. it was pretty slow in there so we were happy there was no wait. upon entering we kinda got a bad vibe because the place seemed a little not really dirty but you can tell there was plenty of wear on the place. like the walls used to be brighter once upon a time. we were seated by our server.(Darenda) we had 4 young children with us so she said she’d give us a second to get them settled. ok. so she comes back asking if we were ready to order. she was very idk how to describe her. i felt extremely rushed. we told her no we weren’t ready yet and and she quickly rushed off. she still didn’t ask us what we would like to drink. so we sit… then shes back again with her«hurry up» attitude. ok can we get the kids something to drink please. ok. she runs off again as my husband is saying what the kids want to eat and is talking to himself basically because he thought she was still there. so we get our drinks y’all know what you want to eat? no… can we get an appetizer the chicken quesadilla and… shes off again before we can say what our children want. ok shes back can we order the kids food please. are y’all ready to order? no but my husband has a few questions about the food. she doesn’t know and cant even give a suggestion. she sees me looking at the 55+ menu and rudely says you have to be of age to order from that and the kid menu. ok i was just looking. thanks for telling me what i can look at in the menu. we get our appetizer and have to flag her down for plates and napkins. we never got any napkins. «y’all ready yet’ no, so she leaves again… loud talking about how she aint got time for this. so i guess we made her mad. how? i dont know. we planned on racking up a good size tab and paying for our time at her table. i am a server so i also leave outrageous tips because i know how hard it can be working at a place like ihop. so instead we cut our night short and decided not to have dinner. i wanted to just leave. we let our children eat as we listened her talk about us. i also listened to how she spoke to other patrons. very abrupt and leaving them without drinks and asking for food orders as soon as they sit down. somebody needs to train this woman in customer service because it was the worst. the guy Fredrick came to our table i guess to make sure we weren’t pissed about anything because she was making it known how horrible we were. we were very upset and very displeased. we asked for our bill ad it was 28.72 if i had exact change i would have left that so she got the change from 30.00 but she deserved absolutely nothing. we were waiting on a cab so we decided to go wait outside so we wouldn’t take up any more of her time. as we sat waiting for our taxi the couple who sat a few seats away from us rushed out the door. i asked them if they finished their meal. they said no. i asked if it was because of the service. they said yes. they had left their meals at the table untouched due to this woman’s behavior. so Fredrick ran after them asking for payment(LOL) i told him it was the server and he blew me off. i guess that was his friend. the couple did what we wanted to do if we didnt have toddlers with us. just get up and leave. thats a terrible thing if you have people who just want to get up and run away from your establishment because of the people who work there. i will make sure none of my family or friends visit this ihop. i know i will NEVER eat here again.

I don’t even remember when was the last time I went to a IHOP. I have never been to a Waffle House in my life, but pretty sure I had stepped foot into an IHOP. So this morning someone excitedly made a suggestion to get some«criss cross» croissants or was it just«criss» croissants from IHOP. Inside me I was like criss what? And did I just hear IHOP? Ok, not wanting to be the party pooper, I like okay yeah let’s go. After all, I can Unilocal about IHOP later. When we entered, I was like oh: O The place was packed and there was like a dozen of people waiting for their tables. Splendid! :( We were told by the hostess the wait would be like 15 – 20 mins. Awesome! :( After less than 5 mins sitting on a bench outside IHOP, the hostess came and called us. That was quite surprising cos there were four of us. We got to our table, and the boys seemed to be really excited. Our server came and introduced herself. She was very cheery and nice, and I like that very much. I flipped through the menu many times. In general when I hear the word«IHOP», a few words automatically come to my mind. They are«pancakes», «breakfast», «greasy» and«unhealthy». So in the end what did I order? Fried chicken under the Dinner section, LOL! It was at the very last second that I said I wanted to order the fried chicken. The server jokingly said she would come back and checked to make sure I would finish the food. I said I would try ;) I had also ordered an orange juice, perhaps I could cleanse my system by drinking the juice after the fried chicken(hopefully!) It was brunch time and it should be fine even though I kind of regret it. I did not know the menu stated four pieces of chicken until I ordered it. When the food came, I went *phew*! The chicken pieces were not that humongous. I started cutting the chicken when I realized I should take a picture and post it here. One of the boys said«IHOP is famous for greasy food»(that’s reassuring! :(), the chicken should be good. So was the fried chicken any good? No, not really. It was fine on the outside, but the inside has not much flavor. I definitely had better fried chicken elsewhere. Kimberly came back to check on us a few times. She definitely deserved the good tips from us. After we left, my clothing and hair smell so so awful: O So let me summed up my brunch experience in IHOP. Service by our server Kimberly — definitely 5 stars Food — 2 stars(it wasn’t awful but there was definitely room for improvement) Ambience(since the food is mediocre, I have to rate the environment) — 1 star(Did I also mention the place was extremely noisy??) I averaged the above, it would be 2.67 and hence I rounded it to a 3 then. I am sure many people enjoy going to IHOP, I am just not one of those people. It is just a preference thing and not a snob thing.

The food alone merits 2 stars, because it is somewhat ordinary for the«basic breakfast dishes,» that we purchased, even though the national IHOP franchise provides«seasonal theme meals» for customers. None of us tried those special menu items. Judging only the waitstaff service, however, would merit 3 – 4 stars. Our gathering of 6 people, each from«5 points of the compass» from 25 – 40 miles away, at 6:30 am was very enjoyable and productive. The restaurant had just 2 – 3 other customers at that predawn hour. Our table was clean and in the center of the restaurant with plenty of room for other customers to walk around. The waitstaff were friendly, courteous, greeted each customer promptly, and provided fine table service. They kept our insulated carafes full of fresh coffee. We concluded our meeting just as the restaurant began to get busy, so that we would not impede their«regular» business. Our group had a nice start for the day.

The good thing about IHOP is it’s open 24⁄7. This particular IHOP, located on Clairmont Rd. near I-85, is packed on weekend mornings. It’s small, so you’ll be sitting snug and rather close to your dining companions and neighbors. It can also get loud. IHOP specializes in pancakes and breakfast foods, but also offers burgers, sandwiches, and salads. The pancakes are indeed tasty and come in many different varieties from breakfast combos to twists on the traditional pancake. Examples include the red velvet pancakes and tiramisu pancakes, complete with icing and whipped cream. Nothing beats the original buttermilk pancakes, though. I usually spring for the classic breakfast meals such as the Pick-A-Pancake combo or the«Two x Two x Two» combo. A single order of pancakes comes with 4 – 5 pancakes, which is a lot pancake for one meal. I prefer the variety of the combos. The Pick-A-Pancake combo comes with two pancakes(any style, your choice), two eggs, two pork sausage links(or two strips of bacon), and hash browns. The Two x Two x Two combo comes with two buttermilk pancakes, two eggs, and two sausage links. IHOP’s meals are filling. They’re certainly not healthy, loaded with sugar and grease, but it’s a typical, comforting American breakfast. The pancakes are sufficiently fluffy and flavorful. The sausage, bacon, and hash browns are a bit salty and oily. If you want to eat healthy, then order a salad or omelette or try one of the pancakes with fruit, such as the strawberry and banana pancake or the grain and nut pancake with blueberries and banana. The syrup flows freely here, so be prepared for sticky syrup bottles, sticky silverware, and other sticky surfaces in general. I’ve tried bites of the Belgian waffles and the French toast. They’re okay and remind me of waffles and French toast you can find at hotel breakfast buffets. Like the pancakes, they’re served in generous portions. The Belgian waffle is large and can be topped with fruit(do it). If syrup isn’t enough, the French toast is additionally sweetened with powdered sugar and comes with a clump of soft, whipped butter. They serve crepes too, though I’ve yet to try any. Service is good. You can get meals to go, which I’ve done before. The food is packed neatly in Styrofoam containers with disposable silverware.

Cheap greasy food. That is the promise, that is what you get. No frills. Breakfast Sampler was good. Choc Chip pancake also. Lots of coffee and cream to start the day. The place was crowded(saturday morning) but we had nice service from Betty.

Food $ 8 chicken sandwich and onion rings. Nothing special but good serving size of rings. $ 9 chicken flourintene crêpe. Too much hollandaise sauce and could have used a little bit more chicken. The hollandaise sauce also tasted thicker than my previous IHOP experiences. Décor It’s not the nicest IHOP I’ve been too but also not the worst. I usually like to take a dump at the restaurants I go to… for reviews sake but forgot to this time. Service The server was friendly but she didn’t accept my my birthday coupon for the free meal. She said other IHOPs will take them. Wtf? My water was never refilled and it wasn’t busy. She also left a the coffee pot on the table even though we didn’t order coffee. Would I come here again I want to say no but I live close and my friends would sometimes protest to Waffle House as our late night meal.

This is an IHOP that my boyfriend and I visit quite often. We are always happy with the customer service there and the food is always exactly how we expect it. IHOP is the place you go to for an «instant» breakfast and you know exactly what you want and how you’d like it to taste. There’s not much more to say about this place other than it’s a great location and if you’re passing through, you’ll be happy with the food there as long as you know that it’s «IHOP!» ;)
