As soon as I saw the guy preparing my Greek Bowl, I regretted not getting a wrap. After all, it’s called Great Wraps! The bowl was small and unsatisfying, suppose to be lamb but it didn’t taste like one and almost thought it was some type of initiation meat. The cashier was friendly but not informative at all. Don’t think I will go back again!

I came here while on a layover in ATL after a week of vacationing and bad eating. I had the chicken Caesar wrap. The wrap was good, not the greatest I’ve ever had, but I was satisfied. The service here was exceptional. The workers greeted me politely and were very nice from the time I ordered to the time I got my order(which was a very short time by the way). Would definitely stop through here again if I’m ever in this concourse.

In between flights, this is a convenient and sort of health option. The woman who took my order was very friendly and efficient. I ordered the vegetable hummus wrap. It came out really quick which was great since I really needed to get to my gate. I waited until I got on my plane before I ate it. It was really good! I wish I had eaten it sooner. By the time I did, the wrap got soggy, but the vegetable wrap really was good, albeit a bit drippy. It was loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, red peppers and cucumbers and that made me really happy. The person on the plane in front of me asked what I was eating since it smelled so fresh. I would go back, but next time, I’ll eat it right away! It didn’t break my wallet either and the good quality was a good match!

Service was fast and friendly very nice. Besides that not much. The coffee was luke warm. I went with the bacon breakfast bowl. Thank goodness for the roasted peppers. Everything else was a tasteless mess. Topped of by a pile of limp sad bacon. To many options in the airport to settle for this.

Customer service was outstanding from Rome. He greeted everyone with a smile and was very courteous. There were about 10 other customers here at the time all discussing what a great representative of the company he was. Our gyro & chicken salad wrap came out timely and was fresh and tasty.

Great service! It’s a crazy day to fly and travelers are cranky, but the staff at this little healthy wrap place are polite and efficient!

Dec 2015: 5 stars for service. Excellent counter service. Extremely helpful, friendly, and pleasant staff at this quick stop food spot. 3 stars for food. The portion on the breakfast bowl was generous, and the food tasted OK. Unfortunately, it wasn’t quite warm and the eggs were kind of crumbly. Not sure if it is the mixture they use? But for the price, to get enough food on a short layover, this place is not bad. Besides the eggs; onions, red peppers, salsa, bacon strips, & cheese helped it to taste decent. Would have been better if it was at least warm, preferably hot. The old faithful wrap was essentially the same experience. Eggs seemed kind of dry. We ate here at about 9AM local time. Maybe these are better earlier in the morning? Each item cost $ 6. Again, the counter help was extremely friendly and cheerful. Thanks!

I ordered the gyro wrap which was $ 7.70 with tax. It came out quick which was convenient since I was tight on schedule to get to the gate for my flight. The pita bread was good but the gyro was scarce and there was only diced lettuce drenched in tzatziki sauce. Would get this again but if I had more time I would go somewhere else in the concourse.

Wraps aren’t anything like the menu pictures or description. It ended up being a piece of thin lunch meat under a pile of lettuce. I was looking for something fresh and yummy but should have gone elsewhere. Workers are too busy yelling, talking to each other and goofing off to pay attention to customers.

Food is converted from fats and carbohydrates into energy that is useful for humans to survive. With that goal in mind, I’d say Great Wraps is a Great place to get your calories. Unlike some wrap chains, they don’t try to hard with gimmicks so you’re not stuck with the paradox of choice. Throw in a couple of bowls and their own line of seasonings and you’ll have a lovely experience. I recommend the hummus wrap as the sauce connecting the veggies and hummus make for a great link of the entire dish.

One of the only places in A terminal with a Vegan option that wasn’t a salad. I ordered the hummus veggie wrap and was delightfully surprised. The fries were pretty good too and I liked that they weren’t dripping with grease. I would go back and order this again. Good for a chain style restaurant.

This place is a bright spot in a world of bad airport food. I had a Santa Fe chicken wrap that was really good. The service was fast too. This will be a regular stop for me when passing through ATL Concourse A.

Wanted a decent salad at the food court on Concourse A at Hartsfield Jackson in Atlanta and disappointed with past choices. Great Wraps had no line, the price was right – especially for this airport – and the Santa Fe chicken salad was excellent. And service was prompt and courteous. As a very frequent traveler, much appreciated!

After ignoring the long lines for chick fil a and mcdonalds bc I needed a quick meal before my next flight, Great Wraps was the perfect option. I paid and got my food within 5 minutes and made it to my gate with plenty of time to spare. The grilled tortilla chipotle steak was juicy and the vegetables in it made me feel healthy. I am completely satisfied after this short meal and I’m surprised that this place is rated so lowly. The only reason it’s not getting 5 stars from me is because it’s airport food… and come on, no airport venue deserve 5 stars.

The former great wraps was a good place to get a pretty good Philly cheesesteak wrap. Now? Totally different. Meat was hard to chew and kind of gross. No lettuce and tomato anymore. Cheese was tasteless. And I asked for no red peppers but half the sandwich had them. Will have to find another alternative when in the airport(chil fila is right next door!!)

Still a pretty good sandwich alternative to greasy food venues elsewhere throughout the airport. It certainly is the best option on Concourse A. The menu has been updated somewhat with the good option of having your sandwich as a wrap, focaccia or french/sub bread. Also there is a choice on the wrap itself between original white or the very delicious whole wheat/low carb wrap.

I was in a hurry so a wrap seemed convenient. I could walk and eat. I ordered a gyro. It was lackng. The meat could have used some flavor. They put on far too much tzatziki sauce. It is not bad food, but it is not good food either. I did get my food relatvely quickly.

More like«Good Wraps», I was a little disappointed with my gyro wrap. It was quick enough as I sped my way from one side of the airport to the other, needing something quick and not wanting one of those sandwiches out of the coolers in the main concourses. A little on the messy side with the«Z sauce»(as they call it) sploshing out as I bit into the sandwich. Sorry about your carpet, Delta.

The thing that I like about wraps is that all the ingredients can be eaten together rather than a sub where 1 bite has lettuce, 1 has meat, 1 has sauce etc. Ordered the falafel and hummus wrap. It was 6am so I was glad that they had it. I don’t eat meat, eggs, or cheese) It was rewarmed in an oven so not that crispy, fresh or piping hot. Still a very tasty combination of flavors. Prices were very reasonable especially for the airport
