Got a new phone today thanks to Jacqueline. She made it easy and even helped me upload my contacts, pictures and other items from my droid to my new iPhone. She was courteous and very pleasant to work with– not to mention fast and efficient! Thanks Jacqueline!

Went here to pick up a charger for my hotspot and a stylus for my iPad. Only two people were working when I went and I had to wait for 5 – 10 mins. Not bad. The guy who helped me was friendly. He also explained us how this store is different from the actual verizon store. The only problem with this place is the location. I went during the peak hours and traffic is terrible. Getting in and out was hard. «Premium Retailers» are privately owned and operated, exclusive Verizon Wireless retail outlets that sell the same phones and rate plans as a Verizon«corporate» store. The difference is that the store is owned by an independent owner/operator who is «licensed» to sell VZW products and services; they are held to the same training and business practice standards as VZW corporate stores, including return policies, phone setup, knowledge, rate plan advice, etc, etc… Premium Retailers are free to set their own prices on phones, free to buy phones from any vendor, besides VZW, and free to say what they want about any particular phone. I also got a lifetime warranty on my charger. I would go here again but not during peak hours.

Hutch at this location just helped me set up my Blue Tooth in my car which hasn’t been working for months. Wow, what a relief! Thanks Hutch!!! I have been here many times. I have had some REALLY helpful people here at this location and I really appreciate all of their help! I would have given them a 5 rating based on those interactions but unfortunately there are 2 – 3 people at this location who seem completely unknowledgable and rather worthless and cause me to have to come back b/c they never know the answers to my questions. Overall the staff seems professional and it’s a good place you just have to get the right people.

Weasels. This is NOT a Verizon corporate store. This is a secondary«authorized retailer». I was given false information and 24 hours later when I returned to verify the lie, it cost me $ 100 in restocking fees to give them back their phone. I wouldn’t reenter this store to get out of a hail storm. Sleazy, sleazy weasels. I am a CPA so I am not easily fooled by sales mumbo jumbo but when they flat out lie they can fool anyone.

I bought a phone and a couple of galaxy tabs for Christmas presents here. The service from Boone and Hitch was outstanding. Boone took care of my service and phone needs. Hitch was a galaxy tech and showed me all the tricks for the tabs. They were patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.

Shady business; I’d stay away and go to an actual Verizon store. Even though this store is covered in Verizon signs, it’s not an actual Verizon store. Like the post below said, they get their revenue by charging hidden fees and extra costs that you wouldn’t have to pay if you go straight to Verizon(or Apple if you’re looking to get an iPhone). I cancelled a phone that I bought there and paid Verizon the $ 350 cancellation fee, which I was well aware would happen. Everyone knows that canceling a phone before a contract is up will cost you, and I was fully prepared for this. Months later, with no prior notice, I receive a letter from an attorney’s office stating that I owe«GoWireless» a $ 390 fee as well – they even had the nerve to attribute $ 90 as a «late fee» despite this being the first I’d heard of this. I checked my contract and I’d never signed anything agreeing to this, yet they claim that it’s just their policy and I owe them. Like I said, go straight to Verizon and avoid all their shady attempt at making extra money off you.
