I saw the nurse practitioner Chelsea and she was incredibly sweet. Did my physicals, blood test, annual pap, and she even gave me prescribed medicine for my sore throat.
The front desk is mostly helpful, especially when I didn’t know what my insurance covered in detail. She called and confirmed for me and they were pretty good on waiting time as well.
I think I waited about 20 minutes for the doctor with an appointment scheduled. (I come from a family of doctors so I am much more lenient on the waiting time) just bring a book to read.
