The guy behind the counter with the forearm tattoos tries to constantly up sell you things you don’t need, has little to no knowledge about pretty much anything, and enjoys having 30 minute long conversations with customers while a line of people gather with items in hand, then eventually walk out without purchasing.
So, basically about on par for GameStop.

This is the worst gamestop I have seen I called the store at least 20 times today and they can’t even seem to answer the phone. I curious as to who is running this operation because it’s possible they don’t know about these issues but not likely. When I finally gave up calling and went in they were not even busy and know one even acknowledged me. Where do you find these people.

I was very please with my quick visit here. I’m not a video gamer but needed to pick up a gift card so I found them conveniently located in the Edgewood shopping center where I was meeting a friend.
I came in for one thing and was out the door in less than 5 minutes. The store was neat and organized and I was impressed with the speedy service. I can’t say much about the video game selection since I only visited the store for a gift card but these stores tend to all look alike for me (inside) so I really count on the service to be memorable more than anything. This store had great service and I’d visit again if I ever needed another gift card or two.

The guys working here were nice and they have a good selection of used video games. I don’t know, you can’t be too picky at a video game shop… they also answer the phones in a decent amount of time and are pretty helpful.

and do in-​store pick up if you are worried about not finding what you need and wasting a trip.

No big surprises here, it’s a Game Stop. The place was all guys ranging from 10 to 50. They sell the standard stuff, lots of used games. The staff answered all of my noob questions without making me feel like an idiot. I really appreciated when they actually suggested I not buy Black Ops but to wait 3 more weeks until the new version comes out. I’m not going to come here on a weekly basis and browse, but when I decide I need new game I’ll most likely return here.

I called this location and two others looking for a game. The other two were very helpful. This location, not so much. I called twice. The first time the woman put me on hold for so long that she forgot I was on hold, and then picked up and started dialing. I called back a few minutes later and she put me on hold again for 10 minutes. I gave up.
