So far I have only had one appointment with the doctor, but he was very open and honest and most of all conservative with his treatment recommendations which I think is critical in dealing with cosmetic procedures. He was very honest and I will definitely be seeing him again in the near future for fillers and possibly Botox and/​or laser treatments which I have yet to try. He was very honest with me that a treatment I had in the past was not safe and he was uncomfortable performing it, which made me feel like I can trust him and is why I will continue to go to him in the future. Plus, he has a great support staff and a wonderful bedside manner which I think means a lot when people are dealing with trying to look their best without overdoing it.

Dr. Martinez-​Diaz has been so incredibly helpful in the treatment of my acne scars. For years I thought I had tried all options from CO2 to different injections. Dr. Martinez– Diaz truly cared about my result and suggested I try subcision, a treatment for acne scarring I had not previously tried. To say the least, it has been life changing. I thought I would be stuck with the scarring forever, but I have noticed smoother, more even skin ever since having the procedure with Dr. Martinez-​Diaz. As well, I have trusted Dr. Martinez-​Diaz with my injections for Botox and Restylane Silk and the results l have been phenomenal. I will continue to trust my injectable and dermatology needs to Dr. Martinez-​Diaz.

I had a great visit with Dr. Martinez Diaz. I was able to schedule an appointment easily within a short time frame, I didn’t have to wait long in the waiting area, and the doctor’s assessment was thorough and informative.

Still seeing Dr. Martinez-​Diaz, and he is the best dermatologist! My skin currently has a lot going on (for me at least), and he has really spent the time to research and study my skin, in order to pinpoint the root of the issues. He also makes sure he thoroughly answers all of my questions and that I understand my condition and/​or treatment. Love him! He is the sweetest!

Desde hace más de un año, noté que mi piel estaba muy seca. Lo deje pasar ya que pensé que sería algo de temporada, pero mientras más esperaba, más seca e irritable se ponía. Nunca había asistido a un dermatólogo en Atlanta y ninguno de mis amigos tenía alguna sugerencia. Me informo de mi condición de forma muy profesional y sugirió los medicamentos adecuados. Tiene una buena personalidad y también habla español, siempre algo bueno por si hay alguna palabra que se escapa de la mente.
Definitivamente se lo recomendaría a otros.

FANTASTIC! Dr. Martinez-​Diaz saved my wedding day skin! I had a peel several weeks before my wedding that ended up leaving a horrible hyperpigmented patch on my cheek. Frantic, I saw Dr Martinez Diaz and he was professional, sympathetic but most importantly fixed my skin! I was actually confused initially when things improved so rapidly but apparently it was magic. I saw Dr. Martinez Diaz in Pittsburgh for multiple skin issues. He has always been highly professional, compassionate, and clear about what he thinks and gives anticipatory guidance. He also runs a very efficient office so I feel like my time is highly valued. I am so sad that he has left Pittsburgh (and onto bigger, better things), because he was absolutely helpful! Dr. Martinez-​Diaz has practically saved my whole family’s skin! He quickly diagnosed my brother-in-law’s Lyme disease, which had previously been misdiagnosed at an urgent care. My infant son had eczema and his primary care physician’s prescribed treatment was not working at all. Then, we went to Dr. Martinez-​Diaz, and his prescribed treatments started working within 3 days. My son’s eczema is now completely under control. My husband had out-​of-​control psoriasis for a while. Again, Dr. Martinez-​Diaz prescribed a combination of meds, which have completely cleared it out. As for me, he keeps my skin acne-​free and young. I can’t say enough how happy I am with his care for me and my family. I believe that the effectiveness of Dr. Martinez-Diaz’s treatments come from his ability and willingness to listen to his patients and his depth of knowledge in his field. He loves what he does and it shows. He never makes you feel like your questions or concerns are unwarranted. He takes care to address all your concerns and is thorough in his explanations. He is also very approachable and accessible. When I see him, I feel confident that he is informed with the latest and most effective methods and treatments. I would recommend Dr. Martinez-​Diaz for any dermatological problem or anti-​aging treatment.

Dr Gabie is the best and most compassionate Dr. I have ever had. I am a 65 year old woman that had melanoma several years ago so I do skin checks every year… always so afraid to go… fearing the return. Dr. Gabie made me feel like the most important patient he had. He did several surgeries removing cancerous areas and when they were too deep he picked up the phone and personally called a surgeon to make my appointment.
I wish he could do bedside manor training for other doctors!
People of Atlanta… trust me… if you ever need a Dermatologist… this is the man!
