Horrible experience. I would suggest that if you have computer work to be done, you go to one of the big stores that have good customer service and that is going to be accountable for their work. Screw me once shame on you, screw me twice shame on me. We paid a ridiculous amount of money to have a server built that would automatically back up and notify us when the system wasn’t functioning correctly. Now they are telling us, some other story. If you didn’t set something up right, just be a man and own up to it. I wasn’t even asking for my money back, even though you cost my business tens of thousands of dollars and man hours, but how are you going to charge me a $ 59.99 diagnostic fee to tell me that you basically screwed me the first time i trusted you to build a proper system for me. LESSONLEARNED!!! You make it bad for other small business owners. You make people want to only trust big businesses that actually have the money to backup their mistakes. I will never buy a computer or server again from a small company. And the way you talked to me & my company was atrocious like we are sub-human although we have spent thousands of dollars with you.
