Do not even consider to order anything from this so called«best florist in GA». I ordered flowers for my family member living in GA thinking its local florist, should be easy. Did it 3 days prior and now getting email not a call, even they requested to put phone number that florist will not be able deliver flowers on her birthday but will only deliver 2 – 3 days later due to weather. Strangely enough I called an other florist in Atlanta and he said no problems with weather and he will deliver flowers without any problems. FTD is worthless.

My daughter used FTD to send flowers for my birthday last week and the florist FTD chose, Emory Village Flowers and Gifts in Atlanta, GA., never delivered the flowers. How can FTD use such bad florists? Don’t they check out who delivers their arrangements? The legions of terrible Unilocal reviews alone make it abundantly clear Emory Village Flowers is not a reputable florist. Aren’t there plenty of other good florists to work with in Atlanta? They claim they’ll refund her money, but what a disappointing experience.

FTD is horrible, I ordered flowers on Friday with delivery to be on Friday, and the flowers were not delivered. I was sent an email saying they would delivered on Saturday and that didn’t happen either. Here it is Tuesday the next day they(FTD) said they would deliver and again no flowers. Then I call and ask for a refund because Mother’s Day has come and gone and what’s the point now??? Anyway now that’s a problem too. I am very disappointed in FTD and will not use them again. I have used PROFLOWERS in the past, but gave FTD a try, what a waste, lesson learned.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Not only was my order wrong, and they called and spoke to the person the«surprise flowers» were for to tell them they had a delivery for them, but when I tried to voice a complain Tyler West, one of their reps, who I had to ask to speak to a supervisor twice to get to, kept interrupting me while I was trying to get it some what resolved. This was my first time ordering flowers to be delivered from any company, and they did a great job of showing me how they do business.
