Same thing happened to me as a lot of people it seems. Made a order online for fertilizers. it’s been over a month and I still have not received a thing (I only live an hour from their store). I tried to contact them at least five times through email but have yet to get a response. I’ve since turned this over to my credit cards fraud department. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE ONLINE!!! YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.

Rakuten. Ten days later, they haven’t shipped it per USPS tracking. Neither company has responded to my emails.

They saved me a lot of $$$, heartache & headache! This store is awesome! Customer service is amazing! As soon as you walk in you get greeted and personally assisted, (unlike other stores). They treat you like a person/​friend and help you get the best deals and the items you actually need instead of think you need. Staff is VERY KNOWLEDGABLE, ask a million questions they will have a million answers. (Also allow you to e-​mail your questions)

I stopped in here to pick up some extra supplies for my classroom hydroponic experiment. I spoke with Ryan who was very helpful in answering my questions and making certain I purchased the correct materials.
There are some cool setups in the store, it’s nice to walk around and look at every thing. Definitely plan to spend a little time there. This place has the added benefit of a Midtown location, so I will be visiting them again in the future.

Just a heads up to future customers. I chose this company price comparing online. Time from order to delivery is 3.5 weeks. I had to send a message to their sales department for status, the items were then shipped a week later. So if you are willing to wait a month for your fertilizers to save a few bucks, then Flora may be ok for you. To me, it’s unacceptable; had I known about their slow turnaround, I would have shopped elsewhere.
