Fidelity Bank-Ponce de Leon Branch

Very awesome bank.
Was reluctant to change banks after relocating to Atlanta from Chapel Hill, NC. It became necessary when my former bank was bought-​out. I researched banks in the area and chose Fidelity because it offered free checking. I do not like paying for banks to use my money to make more money.
Fidelity has far exceeded my expectations. They offer a small, local bank feel with the options of a much larger institution. Every time that I have walked into a branch they have done an excellent job with their personal touch customer service approach. I think it is because they hire good-​natured people. Montrice opened my account, she is very helpful and knowledgeable – always anticipates my needs – a good businessperson. Kat recently helped me with a tricky banking situation. Kat, too, was helpful and after learning my circumstance made suggestions that were invaluable. And did I mention, every person that I have talked with on the phone – even when it was close to closing time – has been patient and helpful.
This is the best-​est bank ever.
