Oriana did a fantasy job on my lashes. I received multiple compliments on my lashes. Everyone is stocked once I tell them their lash extensions. She took the time to explain the process and how to take care of my new lashes. I set up my appointment via their website. It was super convenient. I already scheduled my 3-​week touch up appointment.

I discovered Eyetopia when I purchased a Groupon for a full set, plus 3-​week touch up.
I loved my lashes — they looked stunning and lasted a little over three weeks, even with exercise, showering, etc.
Unfortunately, the problems arose when I tried to schedule the 3-​week follow up visit that was included in my Groupon. Over the course of 4 – 5 weeks, I was never able to speak to a live person. I tried calling at the two week mark, just to be safe, and it took four voicemails over the span of a week before I could even get a call back. I finally received a call back, and was given just one appointment option that wasn’t even until the following week (4.5 weeks after my initial appointment).
After another week of unanswered phone calls, and basically all of my lashes falling out, I finally gave up. Scheduling one follow-​up appointment that I paid for was apparently too much of an inconvenience.
Bottom line, I loved the lashes and had planned on keeping them, but given the poor customer service and inability to even schedule an appointment, it wasn’t worth the headache.

Lady is wonderful and very professional! I booked an appointment at Eyetopia and upon arrival, Lady took the time to explain what would look best for my wedding and the entire application process. I learned a lot during my first application of eyelash extensions and was excited about my touch-​up appointment just 3.5 weeks after my first. I received an enormous amount of compliments; my blue eyes popped with the beautiful lashes. Lady truly takes the time to work her craft and made me laugh along the way. Very clean spa and convenient hours– appointments only!
