Dr. Loft and his staff were simply amazing. I am severely claustrophobic, I mean panic attack level. They let me take a few minute to compose myself while Dr. Loft explained, in GREAT detail, what would happen and how. Every step of the way he would tell me specifically what was happening and get this… when I asked if they had a fan to help me with the claustrophobia one of his nurses literally fanned me. This is an experience unlike any other EVER!!!
I can now see 20⁄20 and have no problems at all. Dr. Loft could not have been more caring, compassionate, or professional. I seriously would not hesitate to have him perform LASIK on any member of my family. This has been the best experience imaginable and I have no doubt that any other doctor would not have been able to perform the procedure on me. AMAZING!!!
