Do NOT buy the kudzu deal. Came and did ½ the vents. Did not know the difference between vents and returns. Were supposed to come out today between 1−4pm and did not show. No return phone call.

I was scheduled to receive a cleaning today from Eko Fresh. They called Friday to confirm. They told me they would arrive at 10am. I waited around all day, called over eight times to confirm and ask where they were and no one called me back. Horrible customer service, not to mention this was a pre-​paid service through Half Off Depot, so looks like I will probably lose the money too.
