Wrong location shown on map, this is in the building on peach tree center né not peach tree st né. The building has a sign on the street that says it is the food court, wish I’d noticed it :) Walked around the block on the first and second floor before I was able to find someone who told me it was in the building on the next block. Onto the restaurant — great service, friendly and fast.

They always have good coffee here. The breakfast and lunch items are better than in the past, but still nothing to get excited about. The doughnuts are a waste of money though. Since they’ve migrated to centralized bakeries and shipping the donuts to the stores, the quality had gone down sorely.

The ladies are pleasant but they never understand me Every time I come here and is not that often I do not get what I want and the line is so long and people so impatient that I just leave. Today I ordered a bagel combo the lady who took my order repeated what I said by I only got the coffee, at least I got charged for it only. I wanted to claim to them but…(Frustration) people will not back off from your back. That is why I paid and left. :( But seriously if the order is repeated to me where is the disconnect?!

This is my «regular» Dunkin Donuts location. These ladies are really sweet and they make an effort to remember my usual order. And their donuts are my faves — that cloying frosted version from their local competitor just doesn’t do it for me. They keep the lines moving and their coffee is a great alternative to the over-priced stuff across the aisle at Caribou. It’s good-tasting, slightly sweet coffee at a better price than just about anywhere but McDonalds. Good coffee, extremely competitive price — hard to beat.

I love this location because, unlike other Dunkin’ Donuts chains I’ve been to, this location caters to the busy professional because of where’s its located(Food Court of the SunTrust Plaza Gardens Building). They HAVE to be quick. And they are. If you’re a frequent customer, they usually remember what you like, and ask you when you get there if you’d like to order it again — a plus to me because it saves time and it’s another way of getting you through the line quickly in the AM. I love the fact that while I’m standing in line, before getting to the actual register, they’re already asking what I’d like to drink and by the time I get the register, all I have to do is pay and by then my drink is ready. They also usually have 4 – 5 people working in the mornings, another plus for when you’re trying to get a quick bite to eat on your way upstairs. I’ve yet to see that many folks working at one time at in the mornings at another DD location or any coffee place for that matter. By far, the quickest morning coffee & food place in the downtown area.

This DD location caters to the every-day type of customer. I love walking up to the counter with my two dollar bills and they already have what I want ready– a medium coffee with cream and sugar. They know how to keep the line moving here. Know what you want and how to order quickly or get ugly looks from the daily customers waiting in line behind you that are already late for work. No matter what I eat here, it is usually DD standard. I worked at a Dunkin’ Donuts in high school so I would know. Donuts are good, muffins are yummy, and the breakfast sandwiches hit the spot. They also usually have the new DD promotional items, whether it be lattes, some sort of special flavoring(Ginger bread? Pumpkin? Yes please!). The best part of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee is that it’s cheap. Much cheaper than anything you’ll get from the Caribou Coffee 50 feet away. The workers aren’t especially happy, peppy, or friendly, but hey they are dealing with a case of the Mondays too– so I cut them a break. They get me my coffee in a jiffy! This is one of the only reputable names in the food court. If it weren’t so lame I would eat at DD for breakfast AND lunch. TIP: It is located on the Bridge Level of the SunTrust Garden offices. If you are coming in off the street you’ll need to take the elevators a level up!

If America runs on Duncan, they’re certainly not running here. Or at least, they shouldn’t be. Unlike most franchised food chains(think Olive Garden, Sizzler, etc.) donuts are usually pretty consistent. Be it Krispy Kreme or Double D(Yes, Dunkin), most folks can attest to their donuts tasting the same world wide. But for some reason, this place was serving some of the worst donuts I’ve tasted ever. What is more telling is the fact it was 11AM when their batches should be the most fresh. I ignored the advice of a guy coming out of a nearby Starbucks who told me to avoid this DD location but my friends and I were jonesing for fattening carbs. It’s a real shame too, the location is where a lot of good stuff is, but I can’t factor this DD into that equation. If a donut must be had and Krispy Kreme in midtown is too far, then head over to the DD on Forsyth a few blocks away. Not only do the donuts taste better and I’m told the coffee is fantastic.
