Domino’s Pizza

Took 2 hours to deliver and the food was cold by the time the delivery man arrive very disappointed with this location. BEWARE

my experiences here have been nothing but perfect whether dropping in and ordering or delivery. fabulous people. pizzas always perfect.

Terrible service; was hung up on when I mentioned our driver went to different hotel. Poor customer service.

Terrible service. I was never greeted or asked what I needed. The store closed and after 30 min I spoke up and asked about my pizza. They completely forgot about it and offered me a cheese pizza. I agreed to it thinking that it would be ready instantly. However, I waited for another 20 min and after reminding them, I got my pizza. This place sucks.

Drivers cannot follow simple directions that were never a problem in the past. Manager was unwilling to help. Ended up getting cold pizza over and hour late with no help or sympathy or willingness to make up for their mistakes.

Good Dominos… I order from here 3 – 4 times a week (sad I know) and ⁹⁄₁₀ times I have a great experience, but I’ve had a few problems lately with sauce, sounds like nothing but is very frustrating when you have to pay for them and they either forget to bring them, or don’t bring the right amount. I can’t eat boneless chicken with hot sauce and no ranch, it’s not optional. Also the guy who usually answers the phone talks way too fast and is kind of rude. Otherwise the place is on point.

So so pizza… if you have an hour to wait. Always takes forever, never tastes good. Not sure why I keep ordering… but I am done. Next up, Papa Johns! There are so many pizza places… skip this one.

Mess up my order once, shame on you. Mess up my order twice, double shame on you. Without fail, this location always fails. Do not order from here.

Okay, I know, it’s awful, I have a problem. But the Braves were down 1 – 0 and I was tired and hungry and not about to peel myself away from the game. I was at my parents’ house dogsitting so decided to order a pizza since the delivery options in the area are pretty, well, completely limited. Due to my last Papa John’s experience, I refuse to patronize them so I went with an old friend: the Domino’s thin crust.
I honestly don’t think I’ve had a Domino’s pizza in close to 10 years. I have a soft spot for their thin crust, though, so I decided to go for it. Livin’ on the edge, that’s me. Their online ordering system is super easy and I loved that they told you exactly where in the process your pizza was: whether getting prepped, in the oven, or on it’s way to you. They even told you the names of the people who were doing what! Very cool, very 2010. I’m impressed.
From the moment I pressed «purchase» to the time my pizza came to the door was a mere 35 minutes. Pretty impressive, and the pizza honestly wasn’t half bad. Sure, I’d prefer to support a local business but I haven’t yet found one that delivers in this neck of the woods. When in a bind, I’m not ashamed to say I’d do it again. Okay, fine, I’m kind of ashamed to say that.
