Ricky is an awesome stylist. Been going for over a year now and I’ve never walked away with an ounce of dissatisfaction. Pricey, but best hair cut I’ve ever had.

Ricky is fantastic. One of the most personable, friendly, smart and funny hair colorists I’ve ever met. He took so much time with my highlights and they look amazing. His blow out was the best I’d ever had. The salon was gorgeous, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Ricky actually came in and did my highlights on his day off, a Monday. His level of customer service was above and beyond my expectation. A+++++++

Ricky is amazing. he’s always in a great mood, very personable, washes your hair before and after if you like, and most importantly he cuts hair well. what I like best is that you don’t have other clients there while you’re there so it’s very quiet and peaceful. he does one person at a time and the waiting area is separate and quiet
a little pricey, but happy to pay it for this level of service

Jason Tichenor is a God among men.
About 6 years ago I got AWFUL highlights at another Atlanta hair salon. Jason spent something like 8 hours fixing my hair strand by strand, and despite all that it ended up being the best color I’d had to date.
He is the absolute best!

Jason Tichenor has been my hair colorist for almost 7 years. I started going to him when I still lived in San Francisco, so I am so sad to say goodbye to him with my recent move to Minneapolis! I have never felt as comfortable getting highlights as I did sitting in his chair. I knew I never needed to worry or stress about what I was going to look like walking out of the salon. My highlights were always PERFECT and looked so natural. I have always gotten compliments on my hair, but all of the credit should go to Jason.
Jason was the only one I would trust to do my highlights in the year leading up to my wedding. I trusted him so much in fact that had I gotten married in Atlanta, there is no one else who would’ve touched my hair that day! I also had my fiancé go to him for haircuts in the months leading up to our wedding. He previously had never spent more than $ 20 on a haircut, and FINALLY learned to appreciate why spending a little more to get a haircut with someone as good as Jason is worth it.
I also must mention Jason’s blowouts. I love love love the way Jason styled my hair,. Jason always made me look so fabulous that I felt the need to go out dinner/​drinks after my appointments to show off my hair.

For me, one of the most stressful parts of moving to a new city is finding a new place to get my haircut. Luckily, after I moved to Atlanta from San Francisco, I followed a friends advice and found Jason Tichenor. He consistently delivers the best haircuts I’ve ever had. My hair looks great when the cut is fresh and more importantly it continues to look good as it grows out. Sometimes I get busy and can’t get back in for a trim as often as I’d like, but with Jason’s skills, it doesn’t matter cause I still look good the entire time.

Ive been going to Ricky to get my high end haircuts for many years and have followed him here to CUT located in Look young Atlanta in Midtown. I highly recommend Ricky and am so glad he is more conveniently located in a fabulous new salon. He specializes in womens cut and color, but I dont need all that… just a cool quality haircut and thats what I get. I highly recommend Ricky for any of your hair and product needs.

Ask for Ricky Hobbs, he’s the greatest. He’s extremely intuitive, almost like he already knows what you want before you tell him.
