What a wonderful weekend at this Hotel. It is truly evident that Excellence starts at the top and DEFINIETY trickled down to ALLTHESTAFF. The General Manager, Jerry Clement should be appaulded for his Staff. From check– in, to our room, to dinner, to breakfast… cooked to order, and for a special request that I needed to surprise a person for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society… Every aspect of this Stay was OUTSTANDING… THANKYOU…

I’m one of the biggest Courtyard Marriott fans I know, but this stay was not the best!!! I so agree with the other comments related to the front desk staff… Horrible attitude, cranky, and almost appeared annoyed with me giving them business! I had to beg for the 10% Macy’s card that came with the stay. I was lost thanks to my GPS, and they were not willing to assist or help me through the confusion. So, the next time I’m in the area, I’ll stay at one of the many Hilton properties in the area… The best thing about the stay was the breakfast!!! The cook provided excellent customer service and the breakfast was delicious…

This hotel is iight, conveniently located, clean lobby, blah blah blah. But let’s discuss the real issue… there’s no free breakfast. What’s that about? Once the cranky lady at the counter said that it wasn’t included, I bout walked right out the door. I digress. Anyways, the room was nice, clean, but the walls are paper thin and someone was lighting up next door. I debated going over and sharing my Steak ‘n Shake, but I saw a cop lurking outside for a few hours so I didn’t want to get wrapped up in any reason why they were there(I’m just on vacation here, I’m not trying to be a permanent resident in the county jail). We had to walk 15 miles barefoot in the snow both ways to our room but it’s a big hotel so I guess I can’t really be mad about that… overall it was cool, probably would stay here again if Priceline offered me another deal. If they don’t, I guess Courtyard will be out of luck.

The staff Jerry was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The only problem I had was being awakened by a hammering noise at 9 a.m. that lasted approximately 40 minutes. Other than that I would recommend and would stay again.

I chose this hotel because it was close to where I would be working. Traffic getting here was horrific! It just bottle necks and it was standstill for ½ hour. Even to leave the hotel to get dinner was a pain due to the terrible traffic. The room was pretty standard Courtyard. The TV would not show any of the HD channels. The screen would keep glitching which was annoying. Location may bring me back but this hotel doesn’t offer any other incentives for me to go out of my way to stay here again.

I had a good 4-day stay. Convenient location to Perimeter Mall and two Marta stations. Staff is very friendly and helpful, except for one crabby male bartender. I got restaurant recommendations which came out great and the shuttle would take me there and pick me up. Ditto in the mornings when I had to go to work. Rooms were basic, nothing fancy, but clean and well maintained. They have a nice looking pool and patio area, which I could not use because of the season, but would be a welcome respite in the warmer weather. I even ate a number of breakfasts and dinners at their«hip» bar/‘meal counter. very much appreciated and prices will not kill you. Would stay there again.

Stayed at this hotel for 03 days, business related. I get there, the hotel has been selected to represent the new face of Courtyards, hip, business with its bistro and new fashionable lobby, something that was generously pointed at me. Ok. I get to the room, so, I stay at Marriott’s most of the time, I know their rooms by heart, the only things I care about are cleanliness and wifi. What’s funny is even though the hotel is ike right in front of COX, the rooms are still wired and it was slow. I wanted to get some hot drink, why not some decaf-coffee, oops no, I guess no, you know mugs were like disgusting, I didn’t even want to touch one and clean it myself, which I would have done if there wasn’t this black, brownish crust inside of both mugs. OK. Next morning, usually I go get my breakfast at the member type of restaurant, hot coffee please, this doesn’t exist anymore there so instead you have to go to the bistro and have some sort of starbucks thing. Ok, I ordered a Skim Latte and yogurt because in the morning I am sorry I don’t want a 600 calories scone, I am in a hurry, the service was freaking slow and instead of getting a Café Latté with Skim Milk, I had some fucked up Macchiatto über sweetened with some awful syrupy stuff, I felt bad throwing that, I didn’t have the time I left for my work. Man you do not want to mess someone’s coffee in the morning… Ok. At night, I decided I’d give chance to the Bistro again for dinner, boff, I don’t know has it become a crime to be a vegetarian or something because unless you love cold dinners, meaning salads, good luck. Ok, it was overpriced and blah, ok. Hint: not far from there there is a Salad joint called: Sweet Tomatoes, go there, cheaper salads and you can create your own with multiple choices of vegetables and sides, meaning better and healthier looking too. Last night before I got back home, the best was to come, a fire alarm at 6AM, thankfully, no serious problem. This was a hell of a negative review, let me point out though something good. The staff, they were all, at least those I encountered, super nice and polite and looking froward to help. I was without a car so it was nice to rely on their shuttle, I would go back only for the staff not the hotel itself, it looks pretentious, I believe the core business of the Courtyard is easy stay for business travelers with clean relayable rooms, give us that, not some pretentious bistro that seriously serves blah food.
