Where do I begin? Nancy and Kevin are part of a «First Class» organization. I was in need of a large tent for a very important event. Nancy and Kevin met my team at the site and began a detailed list of everything that I needed. No detail was left out. They even went so far as to build steps to cross over a brick wall so that guests would not have to walk a long distance. The setup and breakdown were exactly as they said it would be and the presentation was super. I will be calling them again for all of my party needs as this experience left a huge impression on me. I would have to say that what impressed me most was Nancy showing up at my event to ensure everything was in order. There is a lot to be said about customer service and so many companies are forgetting its importance. Classic Party Rentals is NOT forgetting at all. I love working with this rental company for large and small scale corporate events. They are quick to respond to rental requests, very professional and have the largest assortment of rentals I’ve found in Atlanta. They’ve even been so kind as to help with rush orders and are reliable enough for that emergency delivery when you’re hosting an event and have a need. Nancy and Deb are both gems!
