I wish you could give a different number of stars for different categories. I guess I’ll start with the negatives. Where I live, we have Moe’s and Willy’s nearby, so my review is in comparison to them. First, I was surprised by how few ingredient choices there were. Next, I was very disappointed that chips & salsa were not included with an entrée. We had to pay $ 1.95 for a small amount of chips and a 4 oz cup of salsa(we chose medium), plus another $ 1.30 for a second small amount of chips. We both had burrito bowls and wanted chips with them. We also got a side(4 oz cup) of guacamole for $ 1.95. And third, there is no cheese dip on the menu. 2 Burrito bowls, 2 sm sides of chips, small salsa of side of guacamole, 2 drinks — $ 25. This usually costs about $ 18 at Moe’s or Willy’s. The good news is, they have the basics(rice, beans, pico, roasted corn, cheese, sour cream and for an extra charge — guacamole) and they are excellent. They have 4 salsas — mild, med, med hot, and hot. The meats we tried were the barbacoa(shredded beef) and steak. They were both very tender and flavorful high quality meats. The rice choices were white or brown cilantro-lime and bean choices were pinto or black beans. I would certainly go back again, but if there was a Willy’s nearby, I would choose them first.

So… I went in the last hour of the operating hours. They were running low on most things. I was picking up bowls for both me and my boyfriend. The person in front of me took the last of the steak. *ugh* And they had no intentions to cook anymore. So I could either leave or pick something else. I picked up chicken and barbacoa. I learned that day that I do not like the barbacoa. Overall, disappointing experience.

I love Chipotle. But this location consistently misses. It’s lunch hour rush and no steak. Hmm, 20% of your meat menu is not available at the worst possible time. Was given the excuse they’re training new people. How about a a manager actually manage. Then go to sit down and find dirty tables everywhere. This is my consistent issue with this locale– always dirty tables.

UPDATE — Nov 11th: Seriously where is the manager ! I just got back from this location after my last bad experience… Ordered a bowl with brown rice assuming there was more… BUT… this is a lousy chipotle we are talking about… This lanky african american kid goes on to scrape for bits that barely made half a spoon. Did not say we have more or recommend the white rice… none of that… scrape and throw it on… the same with every other bit I added. WHEREISTHEMANAGER ! If you do not put advertised portions why would you charge at that price… is it fine by you if I just paid you a five and no tip and left? Shoddy, awful place… AVOIDTHISLOCATION, HEADTOLENOXMALL. Bunch of lazy overpaid kids here Portions so small it looks like the meal was eaten before

I love love love Chipotle in general, but my experience at this location was frustrating. The staff did a great job of getting food prepared for everyone in line, but then it took 10 minutes to pay for that food because they only had one cash register and had a separate line of people there to pick up to go/group orders. My food was kind of cold by the time I paid for it because it had been sitting next to the register for so long. Like I said, I love Chipotle in general, but I will be visiting this location around lunch time again. Unless they start opening a second cash register for these situations.

I absolutely love chipotle so it very sad for me to say that I had such a horrible experience here. The attentiveness to customer service was very low. It seemed like the focus to them was to simply get people through the line. The person who created my burrito bowl was literally just slapping sauces and items on as if they could care less to the point where it looked so unappealing I almost didn’t want to eat it. The workers were visibly frustrated about something and were very rude to the customers around me. Every table was very dirty and the rice was undercooked. The experience was bad enough that I wanted to say something to management, but it looked like they would probably not even care. This lack of attention to service makes me question if the same attention to detail is given to the food. Hopefully not. I will not be returning to this location.

Given the lengths one must go to in order to fight the Buckhead traffic to reach this inconvenient Chipotle location, you’d think the staff would make the experience worth its customer’s time. The portions and ratio of selected ingredients were borderline offensive. The staff was unfriendly. By far the worst experience I’ve had in Atlanta. We will never return. Heck, I’d rather go to the Chipotle… INTHEMALL

Worst chipotle I’ve been to! For several reasons I was incredibly disappointed with this chipotle. First, the service was sub par. It really wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either.(No hello from any employee?) Second, the guacamole was horrible. It still had part of the hard center in it! It didn’t seem mixed right either. Third, the lettuce was brown and clearly tasted old. Fourth, when wrapping my burrito, instead of double wrapping it when it was too big, the employee took food out of it and threw it away. I’m paying for that don’t throw a fourth of my burrito away please! Just double wrap it like you’re supposed to. And finally, one of the employees handling my food was chewing bubble gum! I’m pretty sure that’s a health violation and also very gross! I hope the manager sees this review and makes some changes before I ever return!

I love Chipotle ‘s! I have come to this location a few times now as it is only 100 yards from the hotel I stay at in buckhead. The food is always good and the staff is friendly. This time the chips were the grease est I have ever had. They were not good. I would pull a chip out and have to dry my hand off. I do not like that. That’s the only reason for the 4 stars and not 5. All in all great food.

Chipotle is always great but this location is awful. The lines are super long. Everyone looks confused. It’s really a shame how poorly they run this chain.

If you aren’t eating here during the corporate lunch rush hour I wouldn’t recommend this place at all as you results will definitely vary. It’s usually all hands on deck during lunch so service is pretty efficient. When lunch ends who ever is left over working usually would rather be sew here else and it shows. I especially would not go at nice everything gets cold and it’s just a completely different place. A place with bad food and bad service. So once again if you’re going during lunch hours you’re clear. Anytime after please beware.

I agree with the person that said the person on the grill needs some training. the chicken here is almost like jerky«dried grizzle». Here on a Sunday evening at 9:30, the music is so loud that the guy in front of me was literally yelling«steak» and the lady gave him chicken! The place is being run carelessly and the customers are being shouted in a tone that suggest that they’re an inconvenience. The place needs a lot of attention. Giving it two stars only because I’m a Chipotle fan in general, just not this location.

I love chipotle but the people who work at this location are so rude. I’ve never had a good experience with the staff here and I’m always polite. Wouldn’t recommend it.

A Chipotle within walking distance of the office? A must. It’s like moving into a new house close to a Starbucks: an absolute necessity. Peak hours tend to be from 12 – 1:30. Try to work your lunchtime around those hours to avoid the rush. However, the turn around is super fast and the line doesn’t last long. Burrito bowls are my favorite, although the salad is more low carb diet friendly. Take advantage of extra rice(complimentary) and all the works that come for free. Guac is not free, but sometimes when they’re super busy, they forgot to mark my guacamole and I end up getting it for free! So there ARE advantages to coming here when it’s busy. Catering is also an option, seeing as my team ordered steak, chicken and veggie burritos to be delivered, along with chips, salsa and guacamole. It was my first time having a burrito and it was delightful, although a little soggy(not their fault, it was just sitting in foil for too long). I’m not happy with the extra calories this entails over their other offerings, though… I walk here so I don’t experience the parking pains of others. I know there are parking spots out back that are shared with multiple restaurants. I’ve never seen the chaos that is lunch hour parking back there, but I’ll have to assume it’s not cute. Solid Chipotle staple!

How has anyone posted a bad review about this place? It’s Chipotle, and it’s fabulous. I like this location too it’s always clean and the servers are nice. It can get pretty busy like all chipotles but the line moves quickly. Chipotle never really disappoints me!

I absolutely love Chipotle and this location is no exception. It is pretty easy to get in and out of because there is a stop light on the road you turn on to in order to get into the parking lot, they have a good amount of indoor seating and a lot more outdoor seating than most chipotle’s. If you are not familiar with chipotle it is a great place to go to get a great meal for under $ 10. Everything is put together in front of you so you can request more of something or less if needed, the ingredients are always fresh, their rice and meats(chicken and steak) have much more flavor than Moe’s and you will definitely be full when you leave.

If anyone writes a bad review about this place it’s a lie!!! There’s not to many ways you can go wrong here. I always order the same thing when I come, chicken bowl and my daughter a chicken burrito. Food is always on point and fresh. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is supper nice they always are on the ball with getting your order and getting you cashed out as quickly as possible. This is just like any other chipotle I’ve ever been to… BUSY! Line is usually crazy long but like I said before the staff works pretty swiftly. They have outdoor seating which is really nice when the weather is good. It’s right on Piedmont which is a really busy street so the view isn’t so boring. Even with his busy it usually they are r ally good about keeping someone in the dinning room to keep it as tidy as they can. I’ve had to clear off a table maybe once or twice but it’s because I was trying to get the table before anyone else snags it up due to the traffic in there. Overall I love this place. Only thing I don’t like is the long waits but they can’t help that everyone loves chipotle so much I suppose. Also they do server margaritas so that’s always a plus.

A few people on Unilocal seem to be hating on this location. Not sure why… Despite the line at lunchtime, the workers worked like robots to get everyone through at a crazy speed. The food was delicious and consistent as always. Despite being impressed by their speed, I felt so rushed that I forgot a topping, but oh well. The restaurant is located in a central location and the building is fairly spacious for a chipotle. Free parking outback. Can’t complain.

We were a little disappointed in the consistency of this Chipotle when we visited the other day. It didn’t seem like they had their ‘A’ team working. I got a Salad and was not asked if I wanted dressing. My husband got a burrito bowl, which didn’t seem to be quite the normal size. We weren’t asked about chips or anything at the checkout, and they didn’t even ask us if we wanted a drink. I have had good experiences here before, so I’m hoping it was just an off night and their service is not going downhill. Generally I am a huge fan of Chipotle, so I hope that this location picks up the slack.
