Chick-fil-A

This location is a traffic nightmare during lunch hours. Enough so to keep me away. I’m not sure why they don’t hire someone to monitor the flow of traffic for a couple hours.

Chick-​fil-​A grilled chicken nuggets are my favorite… I’m pretty sure I have a small addiction to them! I love that they came up with a healthier option. This particular Chickfila has amazing customer service! Super impressed I go there all the time!

I thoroughly enjoy a good chick fila combo number 1, however, at this specific location it’s like the feeling I had back when collecting Pokemon… You hope for what you actually want but you never really know what you’re going to get. They get at least one thing wrong with my order every time I go here. And apparently some of the workers don’t know the difference between BBQ sauce and Polynesian sauce. They are always really friendly, just can’t seem to ever get the order right.

Love me some chickfila… But by far the worst location. Never get my order right and incredibly slow. horrible customer service. The manager is very rude. Not at all the polite customer service experience chickfila is known for. Hurts to give a chickfila a bad review

Literally gets my order wrong every other time I come here… over it. If you have the time to turn around and go back through the line they will give a complimentary card for a biscuit or something along those lines.
And since I’ve already begun this I can rant about how they use the small and messy ketchup packets rather than the new ketchup packets you find at all the other stores. I guess this is a budget cut at the buyers expense.

Cashier was incredibly rude– asked for a size of a drink to compare whether I wanted a small or medium and was told «it’s a small cup… it’s not a big deal». Wait was incredibly long. Spoke with manager and nothing was done.

I have come to this location three times and the service has been HORRIBLE which is not typical for Chik Fil A. The other ones have have gone to have outstanding service.
The people here are lazy and act like you are McDonalds. I won’t come back to this location.

Horrible lines — the worst I’ve seen at any Chick-​fil-​A! Never seen a drive through line move so slow.

Service is fast, never got my orders wrong, eating area is cleaning. They even have a small terrace but it’s very close to the road so extremely noisy.

I’m pretty sure the eleventh commandment is «thou shall not rate a Chick-​fil-​a under 4 stars.»
The drive thru and the parking was hard to find around 1pm on a Saturday afternoon. I was glad I didn’t drive here but walked here from my friend’s apartment complex.
I ordered an 8 piece grilled nuggets meal, with waffle fries and a diet Arnold Palmer (diet lemonade with sweet tea). I was grateful that when I requested the unusual diet Arnold Palmer that the server made no comment.
Seating was clean and plenty.
Nothing bad to say about this location, other than the busy, slightly chaotic parking and drive through mess, but you can’t blame the patrons who will do anything for some waffle fries.

Very disappointed. Two days in a row I had cold food. First cold hash brown’s, how can you get cold hash brown’s at 7:00am? Day 2 I ordered a six peice nugget at 7:00am. The hash brown’s were hot but the nuggets were old and Luke warm. There is now way those nuggets were cooked today. That is the first time I ever got day old nuggets from Cf. I hope that’s not a trend at this location. My alpharetta location standard is higher.

Who doesn’t love Chick Fil A? Yeah, the owners may be against gay marriage, but I don’t discriminate, so I still love the food and «my pleasure» service

First of all, I must say you can’t go wrong with Chic Fil A… ever. I stopped here for breakfast and it was what I’ve come to expect from CFA… clean stores, great food, and great customer service. I got 2 breakfast #1s…one for me & one for the down on his luck guy who asked me to help with his breakfast. I think he motivated me to possibly stand outside of CFAs & possibly get food for free… he’s genius! All jokes aside… solid 4 stars to this location by keeping the CFA name in good standing.

Did you know you can order the grilled nuggets for breakfast even though they’re not pictured on the breakfast menu? You sure can. Just let them know how many you want (4-​count or 6-​count) and they’ll grill them up fresh while you wait. It usually takes an extra 5 – 6 minutes but it’s totally worth it. I like fried foods but I need something lighter for my first meal of the day.
The grilled chicken nuggets and an oatmeal make for a filling, protein-​rich breakfast for under $ 5 ($ 4.94 to be exact). The oatmeal has the texture of steel cut oats and it comes with packets of cinnamon sugar, mixed dried fruit, and sugared nuts so you can mix in what you prefer. Their grilled chicken nuggets are made using chicken breast and I think the seasoning blend used is even gluten free.
This happens to be my favorite location because they have two drive-​thru lines and both of them are usually open in the mornings. I like when Sanjay is working the drive thru window because he’s super friendly. This Chick-​Fil-​A breakfast is a healthy and tasty way to start the day!

Best Chick fil-​A in Atlanta! Hands down. The service is always top notch, and the crew is efficient. They personally know my order, and prep it within minutes. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Kudos!

The drive thru might be long but it is very very fast. They are super nice and accommodating in here as.well. I had a special order for my sandwich and they messed it up. They fixed it with no problem! Great customer service!

Probably the healthiest fast food you can get but it really pisses me off that they aren’t open on sunday. Seriously? Oh yeah and that whole gay propaganda thing? I personally could care less about the whole gay marriage argument. I digress, back to the chicken. It’s ok… I mean for a fast food restaurant it actually does look like they screen the employees for relatively friendly people. Most are pretty friendly. They also train them to say «my pleasure» when you say thanks which is pretty interesting. Interesting commercials too. The food is just meh… to me hence the stars. However, I only reserve 1 and 2 stars for corporate chains that could care less about their reviews on Unilocal.IF someone from the company responds to this i’ll bump it up to 4 just to be nice :)

This location was surprisingly unkempt for a Chick-​Fil-​A. The garbage was overflowing, the counters were dirty, the booths and tables had crumbs, stains, and left over food on them, and the floors were sticky. Maybe I came at a bad time, but I was a bit taken-​back by the lack of cleanliness.
My food was also burnt :-(Sadness in my heart because I was very #hongry
Only redeaming factor is the staff was friendly.

Once you get the Eat More Chicken bug in ya head, there is only way to resolve it and that by pulling into CFA.
My family has a long history with CFA. One of my daughter’s first job was at a CFA. My son attended Camp Winshape for four years, and then worked there as a camp counselor for two years after he graduated high school.
That being said, we are a cow costumer wearing, CFA sandwich, nugget and salad eating family.
This location, serves what is called the Lindbergh/​Marta/​ATT/​BellSouth community, and the drive through line can be wrapped around the parking lot at times, but it moves relatively fast, and when you finally make it to the window, your food is fresh, hot and the drive thru guy greets you with a smile and confirmation of your order.
If you need to turn left onto Piedmont when you are leaving this location, use the side exit/​entrance. I think there is a barrier up either way that prevents your from turning let onto Piedmont from the main entrance, but if not, you don’t want to risk getting your car creamed by drivers trying to make the light at Piedmont and Sidney Marcus.
Recently they revamped their salads, and have all new dressing. The Apple Cider Vinaigrette is my fav. I told my mother, one day, I’m just going to walk up to the counter and ask for 20 packets so that I can have my own stash of this at home.

LOVE CFA, and this one is no different. This one has great service as well as consistent food.
There is one lady, Annette, who works during the lunch hours who is especially nice. She comes around asking if people want refills, taking people’s trays when finished etc.
This past visit, they had given me my tray before I ever handed over my payment. Dayummm that’s quick!
They also have free wifi at CFA locations, so this is a good spot to check up on emails, etc.
I never expect such great service from a fast food joint, but they always deliver!
