Chick-fil-A

In truth, I thought this was the new chick fil A across from the mall, since that’s where it placed me on Unilocal,but i’ve been to this one also, so I can say a few things.
I do like that occasionally, they pass out samples, and it is the very first restaurant you’ll come into near the JCPenny’s area. I personally haven’t had any issues with my food orders or issues with customer service. With that said, unlike the non-​franchise restaurants that fight for your service (yells of «excuse me sir!» come to mind as a grilled piece of meat is shoved in my face), the chick fil a employees aren’t nearly as animated.
Seating is shared in the food court and lines never seem to be too long, although I don’t stop at this location very often.
Convenient location if you want a chicken sandwich and happen to be in the mall

I rarely eat at this Chick-​Fil-​A. I mean it’s been years and so deciding to go hear for lunch I was hoping to have a good experience. It is a Chick-​Fil-​A, I don’t expect anything less.
I walked up to one of their open registers and saw a young lady behind the counter bending down on the floor, picking up or cleaning up something. She looked up at me and didn’t say anything, looked back down and continued doing what she was doing. To the left of me was another lady behind the counter taking orders. I just stood there and waited, and waited until the lady to the left of me asked the other young lady who was bending down if she could take my order. She got up and took my order with a grudging attitude and told me she was cleaning something up. Apparently she didn’t want to clean up what she was told to clean up and had a funky attitude about it to where it affected her customer service and affected my experience with the place. How hard would it have been for her to look up at me and say, «I’ll be with you in a sec». Not hard at all!
Chick-​Fil-​A takes pride in this area. I read the book by the founder and appreciated his desire to give excellent customer service. Most Chick-​Fil-​A restaurants have that, this one needs to go back to the basics.

I go to this Chickfila in Northlake Mall because it is convenient. However I don’t think the food and service are up to the quality of other locations. Food usually comes out so hot that it can’t be eaten until it cools down some.
