David is nothing short of amazing. He did our Rehearsal Dinner. I had the wedding date in my mind and had been telling him that date, so I didn’t notice that our contract was for the NEXT day! I called him pretty upset about an hour before our event, because he had told me that he’d be there 2 hours before.
He was so sweet and didn’t take offense when I got mad at him, thinking that he was in the wrong. He really knows how to handle people!
He was able to whip everything up because he had all the ingredients right there and called some people and got everything taken care of just a few minutes late, so it was no problem at all.
Fortunately, he brought to-​go containers, because so many people wanted to take the few extras home that we had.
He gets my highest recommendation — especially if you like spicy Cajun food. Frankly, I am allergic to onions and spice, but the Bride & Groom and most of the family love it, so he was able to make some things for those of us who don’t go spicy. His cheese platter was amazing and the fruit and veggie trays were well presented and snapping fresh!
