I had to visit the branch when I had checks stolen. I got over the condescending personal banking representative since I felt I probably wouldn’t visit this branch very often. This branch is close to my job but I try to avoid them and usually wait and do my banking on the weekend close to my home. I had to go today to get some papers notarized, from previous experience, I called and asked if the notary would be available for the next 30 –45 minutes. I was told they had two notaries and at least one would be available. I left work immediately when I got there 34 minutes later I was told that both had gone to lunch. Really? Why bother calling if the person answering the phone isn’t going to confirm the information provided to the customers? It would have taken her a few minutes to ask if either one of them would be leaving for lunch soon. Instead she guessed and I guess its no harm since they only wasted the customer’s time. Don’t expect much from this branch.
