Beware! Its almost impossible to schedule an appt since they never answer the phone. I drove to their location and they said they could wash it then and there. 1.5 hours later they call me to say they would not have time to wash my car. What!!? I just waisted all that time for nothing.
Stop buying the coupons! I finally got a refund from halfoffdepot but don’t put yourself through that hassle.

I Am giving this place a star because Unilocal makes you give on but beware of this obviously poorly-​run «business». Absolutely don’t go! Cranky overworked staff with no supervision. They closed early on a Friday because they didnt feel like working anymore!!! And What kind of business is located in the mall parking lot? Have to drive around for awhile to find it. Valet guys told me to go elsewhere even but I had a groupon. They asked if I had an appointment — told them I couldn’t n make one because no one picked up the phone and the message said to leave a message on the full voice mail box service. That should have told me it was a scam business. Worker told me they usually do high end cars. Really? What owner of a high end car would go to a ghetto car wash service with no office or store front???

Don’t buy the groupon! You will pay more money getting a real window tinting company to remove it. Cheap, cheap tint.

One of the worst places i have ever been to. Took me 30 minutes to find it, and nobody EVER answers their phone. Always goes in to voicemail, and nobody calls you back. Made an appointment for 10am, when i got there, they said you ahve to wait 2 hours until they can get to me! Whats the point of an appointment then? Horrible service, rude behavior! Would never recommend this place to anyone. Only have one person doing the wash for several cars, you will be waiting for a long time!

their service was great and then even cleaned the inside of my door panels which i had never had done before because i didn’t know that was something car wash places did
my only complaint is that they were hard to reach, and when i reached them they were hard to make an appointment. once i had an appointment, they were hard to find. they didn’t tell me they were at lenox mall, i typed an address into my gps and i couldn’t find them. i called and they told me they were nextx to bloomingdale’s so when i pulled up, i was surprised to see a small tent and 2 guys. i was expecting an actual store
but none the less i love the tire shine, vacuming, detailing and wax they did for me, great service! i wouldnt go back without a groupon though, they’re extremely expensive w/​o it

I had a discount which gave me their $ 110 service for $ 49. I had purchased my car used and was looking forward to giving it a thorough cleaning. The first appointment I made was on a day that turned out to be rainy for the location fo Dunwoody Detailing, but not for the area from which I was coming. I got off work early only to discover than nobody was there. I had received no phone call to let me know they would be closing. So I made another appointment. When I initially saw my car, I was pleased that it was shinier and that the leather seats were a LOT cleaner, but that was the extent of the cleaning despite the full price for the services being $ 110. They didn’t even wipe all of the wax off of the exterior. They did not clean the area where the gear shift is located, nor did they spot clean the carpet as stated for these services. I had cleared out the glove compartment as well as the center console in hopes that they would be cleaned, but they were not. I will definitely never pay full price for their service. They really charge $ 110 for a mediocre wax job and to clean leather seats?
