Fast and fresh and priced like its in an airport. I wouldnt call it a great value, but its also a good option compared to the other places in that area of the airport.

Don’t bother going to one of the Boars Head kiosks spread throughout the terminal. Instead, make the trip to Concourse A and get a made to order sandwich. The meats and cheeses are delicious and the Rye was tasty as well. However, I do agree with the other reviewers that the service is not great. It as fast, but the staff were a little unfriendly. I attribute that to being so busy. Above all, my sandwich was delicious as expected.

The service was completely terrible. The cashier was talking with what seemed like a friend and was entirely too busy to be bothered with me, a paying customer. The lady who made my sandwich also seemed like she couldn’t be bothered to do her job and fulfill my order. The food was decent, but not at all worth the hassle of dealing with the people at the counter.

Where do I start… The sandwich was the only thing after about 18 minutes that was good about this experience. Unfortunately, the person who was making the«Cuban» sandwich that I ordered must have been new because they started to assemble the wrong sandwich. After it was nearly assembled they guy asked me if roast beef was supposed to be on my sandwich. It was at this time he had already been working on my mind order for about 7 – 8 minutes. I understood he was new I didn’t want to pressure him but I was on my way to catch my connecting flight. His female coworker heard him ask me about roast beef and Cuban in the same sentence and quickly took over my order and she finished it up rather quickly. They toast the whole sandwich open faced instead of pressing it which was still good. But for some reason this took a really, really long time I finally had to ask if they were going to let it burn? The cashier put on clean gloves and finished wrapping up my order and I was finally on my way. TL;DR Sandwich = good, service = meh…

Really fast at 8:45 on a crowded Sunday morning. One person built one half of my sandwich while another person did the veggies on the other half. Pricey at $ 8.99 plus tax for a turkey sandwich but tasty, fresh, and made to order.

Friendly people. Fresh and tasty sandwich. Fast moving line. Expensive as expected in an airport but is a healthier choice in my opinion when compared with the surrounding fast foods.

The overall food was good however; the service was horrible! The employees were more concerned with personal lives than customers. The cashier handed me the sandwhich then turned away. A simple Thank You or have a nice day would have been nice.

The«employees» were much more interested in being cool. Terrible & rude service. Never again!

Nothing like a real New York style deli sandwich while traveling. They carry my favorites — ever roast chicken. Much better than a greasy burger!

Great sandwich for $ 10. Fresh ingredients. Short wait. As good as it gets in an airport.

Worst service ever. The cashier directly in front of us was so busy staring at the person next to her make a sandwich she just ignored us for the longest time. The cashier next to her kept telling us «she can help you» but the first cashier just kept staring off into the abyss. Finally the cashier rings us up and just hands us the bag with our food and doesn’t say anything. I asked«Do you have forks or napkins» and she just points over her shoulder. My advice. don’t work somewhere where you have to interact with people if you would rather be chilling. We bought a prepackaged greek salad which was okay but not worth $ 8.99. What else would you expect though from the airport?

Overall: decently fast hot sandwich that is miles above the other options in the terminal. Not exciting and expensive. Food: Hot Cuban on wheat. the meats were salty and oily. The veggies were good though. This food stop is at a central location in the A terminal. That’s pretty much the only thing that makes this store. The store is set up as a walk through line, a la subway. Boar’s Head claims to be a premium line of meats but I just tasted expensive salty meat. The toppings were solid and varied but that didn’t save me from the salt overload. I wouldn’t get this anywhere else besides as a substitute for those dry pre made sandwiches.

My wife and I stopped by this place to grab some breakfast before our flight boarded. I had the turkey, egg white, cheese and spinach(wheat) wrap and it was GOOD! Definitely hit the spot! All the ingredients were very fresh and they prepare each order in front of you. Service was fast and efficient and would definitely stop by here again when I am traveling through Atlanta’s airport!

Boar’s Head makes some more than decent deli meats, so it makes sense to have an outlet for grab and go here at the busiest airport in the world. I stopped in and while the sandwiches and salads in the cooler looked good(and are priced the same as the ones they make fresh), I opted to have something hot that was made to order. The«Boom Chick» is spiced turkey on a ciabatta roll with spicy mustard and crumbled blue cheese, toasted. And then they add lettuce(whole leaves, not shredded) and tomato. I’d suggest that you skip the lettuce as it only makes it messy. Good sandwich and filling, quite a mess so grab some napkins.

Not bad for snack items, but can definitely do better in freshness! I always go with the pretzel/cheese/grape plate(one of the healthier options) because the sandwiches have always been soggy from the moisture in the fridge. I usually only go to these carts if I’m not feeling a huge meal that I will more than likely waste; anything in my stomach is better than nothing!

Boars Head is good, not great. This is a good sandwich spot in the airport food court. The airport has many many places that have table service. The only thing that distinguishes this counter is the connection/partnership they have with the cupcake place next door that serves WHITECHOCOLATECUPCAKES. Bumped Boars Head by a whole star!

It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great. This is located in centrally in Concourse A. I ordered bold chicken chipotle on ciabatta. I had them toast it also because it would’ve been a cold sandwich otherwise. It was almost $ 10. I don’t like spicy foods and it was too spicy for me. The chicken didn’t taste bad and the lettuce seemed fresh. It took less than five minutes to make. Service was quick and for the most part, very polite. They also have premade sandwiches, salads, and fruit cups available.

Got a simple toasted everything bagel with cream cheese($ 2.95) from Boars Head Café while transiting through Atlanta International Airport Concourse A. At around 7 a.m. they were in the midst of an early morning rush so it took more than 10 minutes to get a simple toasted bagel but it was done perfectly. I would have liked a little more cream cheese but the small box they gave was just about fine. Will definitely return to try their croissant sandwiches the next time I’m transiting through this airport.

Friendly and fast service. Food just pretty ordinary. The chicken noodle soup was pretty dilute. The pulled pork was just a little too greasy. All the same, filled a hungry belly for a better nap on the plane.

More than pork at BOAR’S HEAD I LOVETOEATAND being trapped on a plane with no food other than the complementary bag of peanuts which contain about 4 actual nuts or 3 pretzels it becomes a problem for me! NOW there are some airlines that give out cookies which are not too bad and rather yummy and can tie me over for a whole 6 minutes before I get hungry again and NEEDMORE! So I stop here if I have not stopped before I get to the airport! I am sure these food places have been jumping in the air and clicking their heels together since the airlines decided to NOT feed US over here in the US! That is NOT the case overseas and YET they manage to run a lucrative airline business! WHATGIVES? I have a pretty good sniffer and I can smell B.S. a ways off and these airlines are raking in the dough while we taxpaying citizens of the US are stuck hold the empty sandwich bag as it were! So when my flight is over 3 hours I and I have NOT eaten I have to stop here! I usually try to make me something since but due to the lack of a microwave in my back pocket and an outlet to plug it in even if I did have one I need something and Boar’s Head is my place! They are QUICK and have variety which is a GREATTHING when you’re a stuck in an airport terminal! The service is also SUPERFRIENDLYANDNICE with a smile to BOOT! Again GREAT service should be the pinnacle of the service industry but we all know it is NOT! Thus I tend to notice when I get it! I have had all kinds of sandwiches from this place, turkey, ham, chicken salad etc! The sale drinks and salads and yogurt, chips and sometimes fruit! Now it goes without saying that sandwiches here at the airport cost a small fortune and I’m sure I could feed a small country like Burkina Faso or Suriname with the prices they charge for 1FRICKIN sandwich! I think I paid something like $ 10 for a ice cold turkey sandwich with mustard and lettuce and one slice of cheese! Whew almost makes you want to starve but I hope to NEVER have to and I’m sure they are counting on me NOT! I didn’t even get anything to wash it down! You do get to pick what type of bread you want of which they didn’t have my favorite squaw… BUMMER! I don’t think the guy even knew what squaw bread was or had heard of it! For some reason exotic breads fall into the range of rye, and sourdough or you might get multigrain which is still wheat! No squaw or pumpernickel and the rye bread is really just white bread with specks in it! If there was rye in that bread you could have fooled me! They give you a nice amount of meat but I can always use more of course! Then you can select if you want tomatoes, cheese type, onion, lettuce, mayo and mustard! No alfalfa sprouts or cucumber, and you’re not going to get a side of macaroni or potato salad and you can forget the pickle! Yet you will still be paying around $ 10 if not more for a FRICKIN sandwich! That will teach me to forget to bring something to eat! But I do LOVE this place barring the prices! The food looks and taste fresh and it hits the spot. Plus Boar’s Head has some of the best meat out there! If you don’t believe me just go pick some up at the deli in your local grocery store! And should you forget to bring breakfast, lunch or dinner you’ll be in line behind me!
