Amazing beef and chicken tacos and organic tofu bibimbap! Whether you’re starving or just looking for something light to eat, they’ve got some amazing options. I definitely plan on coming back when I’m in the area.

Can I say amazing?! With the help of the staff I ordered the shrimp bibimbap with brown rice and(obviously) the spicy sauce. For sides I chose the soup of the day which was a vegetarian miso(noms) and the dumplings(also noms). Perfect amount of food – I didn’t leave feeling overstuffed or with leftovers. I will be back here on my next trip to Atlanta!

I LuV this place!!! I have gotten addicted to their Shrimp BiBimBop. It comes w/two sides so I always make it a double dumplings. They have special sauces but I’m not a sauce person b/c I believe that when sauces R used its only to mask the flavor of the food. #BlossomTree

This place was just OK. I order two calamari tacos for my friend and the taco plate for myself. The calamari tacos were disappointing. It looked and tasted like frozen calamari sticks. None of the tacos had any special toppings to compliment the protein choice just a mild, medium, or spicy sauce. The kimchi Pork and beef were good. The sweet potato fries were good as well.

Taco Platter(calamari, crispy chicken and beef). All were good. None I’d say were great. Dumplings not awesome. Felt like the inside was wet/slimy. Miso soup was average. The calamari was the best, then the beef, then chicken. How do you not have Kimchi when it’s all over the menu??? That was really disappointing. There are enough places around to try other options.

Got to the Blossom Tree around 6pm tonight. They close at 7:30. I had the amazing Beef Galbi Bibimbop. It was fresh and and just the right amount of spice. Also had the soup of the day miso tofu and it was wonderful. Mint was nice and warm. I was very impressed with the presentation and the service. I was met at the door with a «welcome to Blossom Tree». The young lady at the counter was so helpful and nice. When my order arrived, which was relatively quick, it was on a large square plate with the look of an expensive meals. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased. I had the 12 grain rice as a base. Oh my gosh it was good. Wish I didn’t lived so far away. Downtown is over 60 miles from me in Hoschton. But I will find a way to return. This is a great find. Thanks for the reviews.

First time visit in Blossom Tree was a good experience. Nothing fancy but the host made sure we had everything we need before, while and after eating, so kudos to that. The tacos, dare I say, was a bit better than Takorea. The flavors were not trying to overpower one another. Got the calamari taco, crispy pork and chicken tacos plus dumplings and sweet potato and got our money’s worth although it was toooo crispy. I also would recommend using the homemade sauce in the K-salad. Bibimbap? It was ok. Had better ones in Duluth. Nevertheless, will add this to my list of good restaurants.

Food was sooooo good!!! My friends and I got the spicy shrimp fried rice, spicy shrimp curry, and tacos to try. The shrimp is perfectly fried and packed with flavor. Couldn’t get enough of that but instead of curry, I would get the fried rice instead. Tacos were delicious I don’t think you can go wrong with any of the tacos. It was juicy and flavorful I just loved them. We got the dumplings, sweet potato and kimchi. I did not like the kimchi at all but that’s me being super picky. Service was amazing too. Super helpful, patient with us, and fast food service, just a great experience. Supa recommend!

I had the Crispy shrimp, crispy fish, and beef tacos… All of them were really good… It’s a different type of sauce with some tang for the fish tacos. The service was good… The young lady was very knowledgable of the menu… I would definitely recommend.

Very good korean food on the fly. Their polite and attentive service made me feel special. The food was quickly prepared, very flavorful, and completely satisfying. I had sides of vegetable miso soup and kimchi along with my main of shrimp bibimbap. Everything was superb. Nice crunchy veggies and multigrain rice(they have rice choices) and a savory korean hot sauce.

Food was good, friendly staff. Though my calamari taco certainly was NOT calamari!!! Not sure what it was, taste fishy but it was not fresh. Other than that, everything else was great.

Blossom tree have been a favorite for years! I just forgot to rate them till I recently realized that I haven’t rated them all these years that I have been eating there. I like the following from BT: –Beef Bulgogi Bibimbap –Chicken Bibimbap –Shrimp taco –Chicken taco –Crispy Chicken taco –Sweet potato(side) –Dumplings(side) –Fish taco –Corn salad All of the above is really good and moderate price for a downtown location. The portion is pretty decent as well. For the bibimbap there is no eggs, but they do ask what sauces you would like and they will put it on top for you. Also, for the rice, you can opt for brown if you like as well. Overall, I love coming here and will continue to eat here till I am done with my degree.

This is a really good spot for a quick Korean lunch. I got the Crispy chicken curry and Beef galbi tacos. They both come with sides. I got Dumplings for both. The dumplings are crispy but the filling was kind of bland. The curry: the chicken was crispy, the curry was bland(sort of like a slightly watered down version of Golden Curry). The tacos were flavorful. The meat was pretty marinaded. They also have extra different kinds of hot sauce on the side that can you get next to the fountain drinks. It was really hot in the restaurant though. They need to turn up the AC.

This place is awesome and right down the street from my office. Once again, not sure what took me so long to get here! I had three tacos and the salad and sweet potatoes. Oh my gosh, I could have eaten just a whole plate of the sweet potatoes. I had the fish, beef, and chicken tacos. The fish and steak were great, but I wasn’t a fan of the chicken. I’m picky about chicken, and this had a strange texture. If you’re going for lunch, make sure you get there a little earlier than the rush because there can definitely be a wait!

Korea and Mexico are miles apart, but what the heck. The tacos were tasty, and getting a plate of 3 along with 2 sides makes up a nice lightish lunch downtown. The pork kimchu taco was the best, the spicy and sourness of the kimchu really works in a taco. The galbi beef was ok, but the fried pork didn’t work too well. The pork was took crunchy and tough, which doesn’t really work in a taco. Kimchi and dumpling sides were alright, nothing special. At just about $ 10 it’s great value and you won’t find yourself sleeping through your afternoon work. 3 stars because I’d go again, but wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

Good for lunch during the workday. I go here fairly regularly with my coworkers. The seating is not very large and usually crowded, so I would recommend getting it to go. My first time here I had a grilled chicken and grilled shrimp taco, and both were very good. I now almost always get the shrimp bibimbap. The chicken bibimbap is also good. My favorite sides are the Korean salad and dumplings. The bibimbap is nice because it comes with two sides. The sauces are all really delicious. Would definitely recommend it! Especially for those working downtown. It’s not quite on Broad Street, so it doesn’t get as crazy as some of those places.

Stopped by here with my cousin while we were running around ATL. I got the organix tofu curry with the sweet potatoes as a side. I also ordered a calamari taco. It’s been a while so I can’t remember what my cousin ordered, but she got dumplings as her side. The sweet potatoes are AMAZING! I think I may go back JUST for these. The dumplings taste like standard dumplings when I eat out at a Korean place, and the curry sauce tasted like the boxed«Vermont Curry» stuff. I do enjoy that taste, but I’m not keen on paying for it at a restaurant, even as affordable as this place is. I figure I can just make it on my own, y’know? The calamari taco though, oh man. Another thing I’d go back for. I may just work through their taco list. The service is super friendly! :)

Embarrassed that someone had to tell me about this. 5 min walk from my office, healthy delicious, perfect portion size, vegan dumplings and lots of veggie options, free tea… and there’s this one girl who works there who is just so polished and friendly. Probably my favorite lunch spot now. I like to go before noon and beat the rush. Lunch special you get an entrée + 2 sides, which is awesome. My favorite is tofu bibimbap + dumpling + sweet potato. mmm.

For the price this is good flavorful food. I got the beef bipimap(sp?) with sweet potatoes and dumplings. If you like egg rolls you’ll love the dumplings. The sweet potatoes are great, drizzled in honey. The actual beef bipimap is good. I got the sides on the side and I’m glad I did. The sweet was my favorite. You get hot tea free with dinner!

Disclaimer: I lived in Korea for 16 months and am a Korean food fanatic. I knew that I’d be taking a risk by coming here, but I wanted to give it a try. I’d be willing to give Blossom Tree one more go, but it didn’t live up to my expectations. If you like Asian food adventures, feel free to check this place out; I was just looking for authenticity and didn’t find it. – Galbi bibimbap with spicy sauce: The girl who took my order told me the spicy sauce is the more authentic option(usually you don’t get a choice of sauces in Korea), so that’s what I got. The sauce did remind me of the real thing, and the galbi meat sort of reminded me of the real thing, but that was about as close as the similarities got. I admit I’m being super picky here, but bibimbap is supposed to come in a bowl, not on a plate. There was too much sauce, too much meat, and not enough rice. The vegetables didn’t mesh well with the dish, either. Korean dumplings: They tasted and felt like they’d been frozen before and that they had been reheated a long time before they made it to my plate. I think I ate two out of the three I’d been given. I wasn’t impressed. Sweet potato: My first bite was nice. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. But sweet sauce over the potatoes quickly became too much for me, though. I ate about half of my portion. – Very friendly service. Casual atmosphere. I think I’ll give it one more shot, but with the amazing Dua just down the street, I don’t know when I’ll be making the decision to visit Blossom Tree again.
