Chai tea latte was the best I’ve had in town if not ever. Love the Atlanta location and Chad was top notch.

If you are looking for a slow service, this is the place. It took me 45 minutes to get my coffee. So disappointed

Really want to like this place, but their hours are haphazard and the quality is… OK. When I bought a bag of pre-ground espresso, the particle size was extremely uneven/inconsistent — might has well have done it myself with a junky hand grinder. So, even though I’ve been here 3 times I’m still waiting to be impressed. Make me love you long time!

Nice place, few items on the menu. Seems to have taken care to include select items. Had coffee. Tasted great! Barista was very friendly. Will be back.

I love the cozy setting and the varieties of fragrant teas as I’m a tea lover. And the customer service is great! I got a chai tea latte and it was made with care and perfection!

I ordered a white chocolate Latte. I love it! Can’t complain with my drink. The Barista was super friendly and the owner as well, Bishop. she’s a gorgeous woman and she accommodated me lightheartedly with my questions regarding The scout mob. The place is tucked away at the corner which is really nice for a coffee shop. However, I was expecting lots of delish cakes but it was quite empty. I only saw one cake on a refrigerator, and little truffles in the counter. So I got disappointed in that part. And the interior design was nice but I wasn’t feeling the lighting, it was a little dark for me given that the place was quite empty that morning I came in. Overall, it was an okay coffee shop for me to stop by when I’m in the area.

Not open on weekends! This place is never open. They advertise on their website that they are open on Sunday but this is the third Sunday we have gone and they were closed. That was their last chance… skip this place and go to Java Vino nearby!

We found this place tucked away in a little corner, after grabbing some food. This is for such amazing customer service. The coffee was great, too! I can’t remember the young guys name(short, reddish hair)…he was such a sweetheart. The service was quick and efficient. I will definitely visit this company again during my next trip to Atlanta!

This place has pretty good coffee, but is somewhat pricey, has little seating room, and only offers large sizes. The chai tea latte was quite good and the blonde bombshell was ok. Next time I will try a pourover. There are about 4 couches/places to sit, but that wasn’t a problem when I was there as there were very few patrons(on a Sunday afternoon). This could be a good stop to grab a coffee to-go. My biggest gripe is the lack of size options, as 20 oz is way more than I want of a sweet(but delicious) chai latte, and most of the drinks are pricey($ 4 – 5). Overall decent, not something to go out of your way for.

Went in this morning for the first time after seeing it on scoutmob. I was lucky to meet Bishop, the owner, and she was so friendly and sweet. So absolutely passionate about her little business and she gave me and my friend a little info about how the coffee is roasted. The shop has some great teas and coffee! I got a mocha and my friend got the pourover. My mocha was a bit too sweet for my taste, and a lager size than what I’m used to(16 oz), but I was happy to see they have almond/soy/coconut, and even rice milk sometimes. Also the owner makes her own spiced chocolate recipe. She also bakes all the goodies in the store, impressive ! It’s definitely worth checking out! Entrance is not from the main street but from the parking lot.

Great little find tucked away from the street. Comfortable seating inside and quiet secluded outdoor tables. Service was phenomenal. Recommended a Tea latte, went with the Chai Latte and glad I did. Also, had a coffee cake muffin warmed up on a cold rainy day. Nothing else could have hit the spot like that.

bit difficult to find, at least for out of towners but this is a nice little coffee shop. what made my visit most comfortable was the service. the guy behind the counter was friendly, helpful and chatty. i was meeting up with a friend there and there was nobody else at the shop so after i got my peppermint tea, we shared some stories about how fucked up every mobile service provider company is. then my friend arrived and she had some sort of sweet which i took a bite of and wished i would have ordered my own. next time!

Awesome little hidden gem. Great coffee and great deserts. And it may be irrelevant for some but in the area where San Francisco Coffee is, there is almost no phone signal. Here I have full strength. The place is clean hip and in Atlanta the thing to consider is parking and there is plenty here. This place is a clean winner.

Tiny place that manages to pack in a little bit of comfy seating. They have both coffee and tea drink as their name suggests, including tea frappes if you’re looking for something different. As far as I could tell they only offer a 16 oz. size. I had a white mocha with almond milk. It wasn’t very sweet, and I like my syrupy drinks very sweet. It was also just too much for me; I usually go with a 12 oz. when I can. I’d be interested to come back and try one of their desserts, but as for the coffee I’d just as soon go somewhere else and get my small, sweet concoctions a bit cheaper.

Super tucked away cute spot with tons of potential. Really great branding. The blonde bombshell is excellent, but the Madame Noir is where it’s at. Really dark delicious roast and a shot of espresso = fabulous buzz and tickled taste buds.

My first Unilocal discovery woo woo! I absolutely loved this coffee shop, it was so cozy and warm in it, and the barista was so nice and cool. On one of the walls there were a couple of articles and pics of how this business started, it was nice too see how down to earth the owner looked and also some positive quotes were on that same wall, huge plus to see all this positive vibes in the shop. I got the London Fog tea and it was amazingly delicious, one of the best teas I’ve ever gotten, Ravi got the Chai Tea Latte and it was good but was missing some sweet, my friend added some and it was better but still missing something, the barista came later and asked if we liked our teas, and she was nice enough to add some vanilla to Ravi’s drink and it tasted so much better. Good place to relax with your friends for sure, will be coming back soon to try other stuff.

This place really grew on me. Bishop is kind of hard to find. You access the entrance through the parking lot of Ru Sans/Varuni Napoli/Green Sprout/Top Spice. The water fountain of Varuni Napoli makes it very welcoming. When you park, walk towards Piedmont road and turn right before getting to the Piedmont Road sidewalk. It’s on the same side as a lawyer-office building. I walked into this café and it was kind of warm. I was thinking hmm… not sure if I’m going to like this. My friend Jonathan and I had a scout mob and enjoy trying new places so we both got Tea lattes. I got the Chai Tea latte and my friend got the London Fog. Initially I liked the London Fog better. My Chai Tea was very subtle. I added some Splenda and it got a little better. After sitting down and relaxing with my friend and reading a Fenuxe magazine, we noticed that there much more air in the back where you sit down. I walked around and checked out the posters and magazine clippings. There were many inspirational quotes and the owner’s story of how she created this concept was inspiring. *no spoilers* There was even a little article about the origin of coffee that I found interesting. I went to the bathroom and on the mirror there was an «Operation-Beautiful»( ) type note and this coffee shop grew on me. It is the little details that the owner has put in that make this place awesome. The barista came around and asked how my chai latte was and I told her I didn’t think it was that sweet and we added sugar-free vanilla and it tasted AMAZING after that! She mentioned that the drinks here only come with minimal sweetness, so if you like your drink sweeter, just request it that way. I plan to come again and try their coffee.

Great coffee shop. Hard to spot, though, as it sits nestled in the edge of a strip map and not visible unless you are right on front of it. Go around back of the Shell station on Piedmont. And don’t rely on asking folks at nearby shops as they may lead you astray(happened twice for me). Very friendly staff here and one of the few coffee shops that have multiple varieties of espresso. Wish they had actual cups available(other than paper) for those who are staying there, though.

A little hard to find — it’s tucked behind hobnob and under varuni Napoli in the little commercial park at the intersection of Piedmont and Monroe– but worth finding. Little boutique coffee roaster doing pour– overs and proper espresso drinks. Nice selection of desserts as well. Seating is outdoors on the patio. Friendly staff. Bishop herself was there when I visited and happy to talk about the coffee business. A great addition to the area, and a nice walkable option for getting great coffee if you’re at piedmont park.

The baristas here so friendly & knowledgeable about the signature drinks! They offered a variety of syrups & milks for my latte. I wound up getting a vanilla latte with almond milk — I’ve never been to a coffee shop that offered more than the standard milks & soy milk. I’m a regular almond milk drinker due to a lactose intolerance, so it’s great to have that option. Love the atmosphere as well — it combines whimsical fairy tales with comfy, high back chairs & sofas(gotta check out the bathroom — writing on the mirror & a hand offering an apple! How cute?!). It’s a small shop, but I really enjoy the intimacy of the space.
