One of the nicer Bebe’s I have been to. As soon as I walked in I was greeted, the store is clean and well organized. They have a large selection of shoes to.

This is a good place to go to if you want something super stylish for a particular night out. They always have a good selection of clothes and accessories that are trendy and sometimes unique. The part where I have to say this place is ‘meh’ is because I’ve gotten a number of items from here, and most of the time the quality just isn’t there. Pilling, fading, and runs in material after just a few washes (and I always adhere to label instructions — or cold water gentle cycle — whichever is gentler).
It was a great place to find something great for my bachelorette party, but overall the price is way too high for the quality. Shoot, you could probably do better at Forever 21.

I usually shop at the Perimeter location or the Kennesaw location (awful customer service there) but it seemed like I already had everything that both stores offered so I decided to go into the largest store BeBe has, the one inside of Lenox Mall. Although the sales reps were not rude, they weren’t friendly either. The only helpful person there seemed to be a woman with short hair who is clearly the manager. She makes up for the customer service her staff lacks. I probably won’t be back unless they shut down the Perimeter location.

I try my best to never enter a Bebe store. If you ever want to feel fat, poor or have so many people stare at you, like you’re going to steal something, by all means, pack your flask and head in to Bebe.
I typically shop online but when I found out their new logo t-​shirt was sold out but still available at this location, I reluctantly went in.
I enter the store wearing ripped Seven jeans and a black t shirt. I wasn’t dressed to walk the red carpet but I certainly didn’t need the typical «bebe look» from 2 employees that literally walked by me without saying a word. I went straight to the back of the store and began digging through their shirts. I was in the store for over 15 minutes and not one sales person stopped by to welcome me, say hello or ask if I needed something. What I did notice was every other person in the store was being waited on hand and foot.
I took the shirt I was looking for to the cashier and asked if they had it in other colors. I got the up down look and he called for another clerk to go to the back and look. While I was waiting I said hello to him and asked him how his day was. No response.
The girl that went to the back to look for the shirt never came back. The mean girl… I mean guy at the front counter never offered to help or dig through the lost and found to find the clerk that suddenly dissapeared.
Despite going through the pile of shirts again, I left without buying anything.
If you’re going to sell over priced clothing and get a commission based on your sales, I suggest your «customer service» staff get a realty check. I spend a lot of money on your clothes every year but you wouldn’t know that considering I am treated like a hobo everytime I come in a store. Never again.

New location from last time I was here. I can always find something I like.

Really this place gets a 2.5 stars but thats not an option. These are the clothes I would wear if i was still twentysumthing and a size 8, but since I’m not… i get to shop with my daughter
One of the largest BeBe Stores I’ve ever been in… and has to be the LARGEST in Atlanta. Located inside Lenox Square across from Crate and Barrell… this store is a young ladies dream come true on club nite.
We went in because they sent me a birthday card to take $ 10 off any purchase… normally I get the earrings or some tights, but my daugther just had to have a dress they have here and since it was only $ 49, I figure… the $ 10 would bassicaly be the tax on that dress.
This was a cheap dress for bebe, cause I’ve noticted that almost everything in the store has a starting price of about $ 69 and up!
Funny how even when I buy the earrings w/​the $ 10 off, I still end up owing like $ 12 – 19 more dollars…
Lots of staff, seems like at least 4 people asked me in the 10 minutes I was in the store if I needed help. But only one cashier, and there were at least 7 of us in line wating.
Large dressing room area… they have like 6 – 8 rooms… unlike a lot of stores these days that have like 4
Nice selection of shoes, and probably the only store in Atlanta that carries the entire bebe line… even those items that arent on the website.
oh and they are up to par on the taking the price tags off and returning something after you’ve worn it. the tags are placed so inackwardly on the clothin that you pratically have to rip it off, just to try on the clothes…15 day return policy and all tags must be attached and you better have your recepit.
Again…mostly club clothes, and maybe a few career pieces, if you can wear this kinda stuff to work… overall…while my daughter is still in her twenties… i’m sure we will go again and again!

I love Bebe’s clothes, but since most of their tops are silk or silk-​blends, they are very delicate.
I have had good experiences (store manager replaced a skirt the dry cleaners destroyed, $ 29 top sales, etc).
I have had bad experiences (employee who was helping me asked me how many items I bought «Only four? That’s nothing!», waiting in ridiculously long lines during sales 45+ minutes, rude hood rats telling my sales lady that they asked for a certain top before I did and they want it first, etc.).
I like most of the clothes, but if you have bigger boobs than a B cup, you will have to wear a camisole, cause some of the tops are open from the neck to the navel, or at least below the bra underwire. Some of their clothes are definitely NSFW.
I have noticed that their prices are getting more and more expensive, two years ago a regular priced skirt was $ 79 or $ 89, now they are all at least $ 98 to $ 129.
