The woman working the wig counter wasn’t helpful and could hardly speak English. Even though she was no help and couldn’t help me choose a wig she limited my wig selection to three and told me there was a no return policy. My wig started itching me after I bought it.

Who doesn’t like saving money?! Their prices are always so good and BM is basically a one stop shop for you hair needs.

Seriously this place is huge! I could easier drop like 500 $ at this place so have everything hair related. I was having a hard time finding 24in hair weft extensions and of course they had them even in the color I needed and for an amazing price! Better than all the other beauty stores I’ve been to. A lady came up to me and helped me get everything else I needed for maintaining the weave and was very friendly. I did go around noon Friday so they were practically empty. Sooo worth the 35min drive, if I ever am in need of anything hair related that is where I will go :)

Biggest beauty supply I’ve ever been in… but when do they restock? Cause some of the aisles were lacking products. I went back and still, no restock. As big as this place is, they dont get daily stock?! Ok
I did find a product there I could use, but customer service was weak… as a product junkie, if I lived in Georgia this place could potentially be my downfall… if they practiced better service and made sure to keep stuff in stock

They are discontinuing my beloved 77J hair color. Now I know everyone’s all excited thinking wow, DeeDee is getting her hair on sale, but no this is not the case.
The hair is being discontinued, but the brand/​color is so popular that they are just selling it down without marking it down.
So, that being said. Can someone loan me some money so I can buy my hair in bulk.
The staff in the «weave» section can be a little attitudy, but I always think people have an attitude, so I just turn mines on bigger and go from there.

This store sucks. How the hell you have a large ass beauty supply store but don’t sale the hair I can get from the hood. They stating we never heard of it. I don’t understand it is a popular hair item. Everyone who works here have an attitude and thinks someone should kiss their ass. Not!

Amazing! This store is GINORMOUS! I have never seen so much hair in my entire life. So much variety, different textures. I wasn’t sure where to start. The prices are great! Did I mention how large this store is. In a nutshell, The store is very well organized, prices are right and the staff is knowledgeable. Kinda excited to go back just to browse.

I would LOVE to give this place 5 stars but … they have some items that are WAYY over priced. i guess it is to make up for the stuff that they sell for very cheap… granted the buy 1 get 1 free sale on Remi hair is to die for. but it is not the TOP quality hair that I am acustimed to buying. UNLESS its a wig. they do have buy 1 wig get one free. i dont know if this applies to the remi lace FRONT wigs… they do not sell FULL lace wigs. if you ar ein the market for Sensual Devine Virgin remi. RUN out the door. they sell the 10in for $ 119 where I get it for $ 59 in decatur on columbia dr next to Wayfield… weavING hair. 3 stars. everything else in the store 10 stars

Whoa this store is huge! The customer service was a little weak but I won’t take a star away because we went in 15min before closing. This was my first time buying or even trying on a wig and I wanted them to walk me through it but they were so ready to leave it was a scramble. I grabbed a wig without trying it on and prayed that it worked (I was headed to the club) and it did. So in conclusion this is the beauty store Mecca and I got a great wig for $ 25.
FYI: One of the associates informed me that they do not have everything that is sold on their online store and that they carry items that are not sold online. My cousin was looking for a «Free Tress» half wig and they do not carry the line but the website does. If you are looking for a particular line of wigs you should call first and see if they carry it or buy it online if they don’t.

Oh my God… This is the Biggest Beauty supply store I have Ever Been too. I do Hair & I like to do my hair alot also. I was like a little kid in the candy store at this place. This Store has EVERYTHING you need and MORE… The prices are great and the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT… I drove 45mins away to get to theis beauty supply store it was well worth the drive. The bad thing is now I have to drive all the way back there today b/​c I didnt get enough packs of hair for the style I done.
Oh well now I get to Buy more stuff. lol

Umm this place gets 10 stars simply for it’s existence! I luv to play with hair, makeup, and accesories. It is all here under one roof and I LOVE them for it. One should alwayz grab the sale paper they have as you walk in b/​c you will find their best deals inside. For example they have this flat iron package that has 2 inside for around $ 20 and you get another 2 for free. All their wigs were 30% off last weekend as well. Their cosmetics are awesome, I luv NYX and Kleincolor b/​c they have good pigmentation and payoff. They carry this for cheaper than Ulta many times. This place is overwhelmingly BIG (former circuit city) and I could spend years in this store. The workers are always so informative and friendly, that it’s surprising.

I came here after reading reviews to this place. It’s AMAZING! I spent almost 3 hours in here looking at everything! They are conveniently located on the side of Greenbriar mall. They have tons of selections of weaves and wigs. I don’t wear either but since they have everything for everyone I was happy. They have a big children’s selection in the back too. They have tons of accessories and nail products. I was able to find everything I needed for my next relaxer and found amazing colors for my nail polish collection. They even have NYX products! I love nyx cosmetics. Everyone was helpful, and if I had a question it was easy to find someone who could help me. Everything is reasonably priced and I would def. make this my regular beauty spot.

It was formerly a Circuit City, so it is HUGE!
There are rows and rows and rows of any kind of beauty product the African American shopper could imagine.
I’m in love with this store. I would camp out here if they’d let me!
