Avana Uptown Apartments

Very well maintained, safe and clean apartments. They have been renovated really well, and have great floor plans. My favorite part is the garden doors to the balcony and the high ceilings, it doesn’t feel like your in a dingy apartment where you feel closed in and suffocated and I think it’s due to the page floor plans and the high ceilings. Also the hallways are breeze ways you never smell the gross apartment smell or other people cooking. The balcony is really big and nice!!! Moving in was very easy. Brittni, Antwoin and Katy are super nice and extremely accommodating! The maintenance people are available ²⁴⁄₇ and respond really fast, they have valet trash and the hallways are always clean. The pool is really nice and there is always plenty of parking. I was hesitant after reading some reviews if I would like it here but I really enjoy living here and feel 100% safe. My apartment had a prewired alarm and there is a security gate at the front. Also they have events like free pizza for residents which is great.

I live here at Avana Uptown & since the new management, «GREYSTAR» has taken over, this place is TRASHY, DIRTY, the POOL IS DIRTY ALL THE TIME. The hallways are never clean, grounds & garage are trashy, maintenance calls take weeks for someone to respond. And on top of that they raised the rent! I will look elsewhere before I ever lease with an apartment under the management of the name «GREYSTAR» and it appears they’re buying up property all over Atlanta. I’ll never rent from them again. And yes you can pay with a credit card, and pay a hefty «convenience» fee!
