I contacted Atlanta Ice Cream truck a few months ago and set up a surprise delivery visit for my wedding guests at our reception(cause who in the world has an actual ICECREAMTRUCK come to surprise their guests, yeah, this Unilocaler right here!!). Setting everything up was easy, their response time was always less than 24 hours and even when I had to change the time to later in the evening it was not a problem. The best thing was that they were totally within our budget and was a much more economical choice than a food truck(quotes I received were within the $ 1,000-$ 4,000 range). The truck and 2 team members arrived right on time. The truck itself was a clean, white van which was wonderful because we have all seen the sketchy chester-molester kind of van roll through neighborhood streets and I was worried about ending up with one of those. They took their time and didn’t rush anyone and even enjoyed the look of surprise and awe on my guests’ faces. Not only did the children at the reception enjoy it(they got 2 ice creams each and most had blue lips at the end of the night) but the adults did as well, cause seriously, whose inner child DOESN’T get happy when they hear the ice cream truck coming down the road? The hardest thing about our surprise was actually keeping it a surprise. The only thing my guests knew was that a surprise delivery would be made around 9 that night, and we had guesses ranging from pizza delivery to me being pregnant(shut the front door and hand me a drink when you deliver that kind of news!). I loved seeing our guests expressions and hearing their comments«You can actually summon an ice cream truck and not have to chase it down the street?!?» Thank you Atlanta Ice Cream, you guys made our dream wedding unforgettable!
