The owner Eva, is very rude and unprofessional. I purchased a defective product from her and instead is trying to hear me out, she just states I’m the problem, she’s been in business for 100hrs & went on & on. She was very combative & kept trying to cut me off when I was talking. I will NEVER shop here again. I prefer to give my money to a business that appreciates their customers.

BEWARE when you put a down payment for a wig there!!! I called the store to cancel a wig order and was told they would NOT refund my deposit! There was unfortunate circumstances that i had to cancel my order and the woman who answered the phone didn’t care at all. First she said i can get my deposit back, then changed her story after speaking to the «owner» saying the deposit will NOT be refunded! They are very uncaring and wouldn’t help me out. The woman also told me the price was higher than what i was told by the owner when i spoke to her on the phone prior to cancelling my order. I would never recommend this place to anyone!
