Alta Coventry Station

I have lived here for six months and will not renew my lease. I was a victim of crime twice in the six months that I have lived in this community. Clearly the gate is just for show. Cars (including mine) have been broken into, there was an armed robbery on the premises, a woman’s apartment was kicked in. The staff in the leasing office is extremely slow. If you have an issue they will simply say, «I was just about to call you,» when you follow up. Maintenance is slow. The only time anyone moves fast is if you are late in making payments. The apartments are nice inside, but overall, overpriced for the neighborhood with no amenities nearby and the crime within the neighborhood and surrounding community.

Like most say, apartment complex is nice (the building that is).
Grounds– reasonably maintained.
Maintenance– less than average quality dropped since Clifton left (not saying others aren’t capable but work ethics are totally different).
Noise– consistent terrible workmanship on building to keep noise out.
Access gate– tailgating all the time. Even seen guys jump the gate. Drop bar us ally loose near falling off.
Gym– most machines don’t work. Radio system can’t turn on anymore, remote is still missing, only 1 ceiling fan works.
Now the good part
Staff– where can I start. All u get is ok and nothing is done. Not one of them makes sure that ur request is completed. Terrible customer service. THEY NEED TO REALIZE THAT THEY ARE PROVIDING A SERVICE TO US, WE ARE THEUR CUSTOMERS. THEY ARE PAID TO SERVE US BUT THEY GIVE ATTITUE AND IF U CHECK OTHER REVIEWS U WILL SEE THE TRUTH. NOTICES they send out is reminders to pay rent and socials. But not of seious issues plaguing the residents.
Recent apartment break-​ins (5 – 6) all done in 2days (December 6 & 7, 2015). Found out from the victims of the break-​ins. One resident they used a crowbar and went in when she was asleep. They took her person items, wallet, tv, credit card (of which they used) and stole her truck. Courtesy Officer (s) always missing in action. They of no help nit even sure why they here living rent free.
Oh yea they have broken in to cars as well, tires and leave vehicles on bricks and how can I forget individuals who frequent pulling the fire alarms.
After all of that, I’d never recommend anyone to even visit here let alone live here. Not even if you pay me to. If u chose to move here after a while ull see exactly what I’m talking bout.
