I love Cindy’s they always do such a nice job! The salon is clean, quiet, and relaxing. My nails always last a long time here and they do a nice job waxing my eyebrows. However, recently I went to ask for someone to wax my eyebrows and they said no one there was trained to wax eyebrows. Thus, since I was expecting to get my eyebrows waxed there, I did not have time to go somewhere else to get them done. So I did not get them waxed. I was very disappointed, but that is the only time I have had any problems here. I now get my eyebrows done somewhere else, but this is a good nail place. I wouldn’t recommend them for waxing even though they offer it. I have never had to wait long at all. I always walk in and they are able to take me right away. Occasionally, I will have to wait 10 – 15 minutes. But overall a good place to go!

This is definitely a true spa experience. Not the cheapest. Matter of fact, it’s one of the more expensive salons in the area but if you are looking to get some real pampering once in a while then this is the place to go. The pedicure and shellac I had done was perfect. Lasted 3 weeks too. Didn’t chip or fade, just grew out. They cut my cuticles and had my feet feeling brand new!!! It is rather small so an appointment would be advised.

Sad to say, I once was a Cindy’s fan, but the last experience was so bad I will not go back. I had an appointment but still had to wait nearly 45 minutes past my time because they continued to accept walk-ins even while I was waiting. Once seated(in a massage chair with a broken control) I was asked to soak my feet in cold water and waited another 20 minutes before a technician was ready for me. While I waited in the chair I couldn’t help but notice the woman beside me, whose toe was bleeding and she was commenting on how much it hurt. The spa ladies were quite rude to her and made no effort to apologize or make amends. Clearly the spa was overwhelmed but yet they continued to accept every walk in that came. When it was finally my turn the pedi technician rushed like a mad woman to get through my nails and as a result, I too wound up with a bleeding toe. The mani technician was also in charge of the telephones and the check out/payment, so she jumped up 16 times during my mani(yes, I counted). I find this ironic because I was seated across from a ‘no cellphone’ sign asking clients to maintain the spa atmosphere. This spa experience was chaotic, loud and highly unpleasant. The mani tech was so distracted she only filed 9 of my 10 digits. Her rudeness was so extreme I didn’t ask her to finish and did it myself at home. They completed my mani /pedi in less than 25 minutes yet I was charged the same as I usually pay for a full 1 hour treatment. The quality was terrible and 3 weeks later I am still mad and my toe is still tender. I have never been offered water or tea, though I see other clients are. Maybe the trick is to go in off times, but clearly you do not get any guarantee of quality even with an appointment.

Love getting a mani/pedi here quite regularly. The one down side is not being able to add tip to charge card.

I LOVE them! They do a perfect job almost all the time. BUT I must go down one star because they jumped up their prices. I’m already breaking the bank with a $ 50 manicure and pedicure, now they are charging $ 55!

I went to Cindy’s Nail Spa for a manicure and gel polish yesterday. It was my first visit, and I was very, very impressed. The salon was clean and organized. The employees were very welcoming. Thao did my manicure, and did a fantastic job… best manicure I have ever had. Cindy’s is a little more expensive than other salons, but worth every penny. I’m looking forward to returning in a couple of weeks for another manicure, and will add a pedicure too. Thank you Thao for doing such an awesome job!

ive pretty much become a regular here at Cindy’s Nail Spa since its literally walking distance for me. i found out about this place from Unilocal and never noticed it before because its easy to pass up as you drive down El Camino, but thank god i did. this salon, is very clean, small, private, and welcoming which is the perfect relaxing environment for me. as soon as you walk into the door, the friendly staff is always prepared get what you need done, done, even offering you water or hot tea. services include manicures, pedicures, acrylic/gel/silk, massage, scrubs, waxing etc. i usually get the mani/pedi combo. their pedicures arent like any ive had at other places because they use what looks like a battery operated sander that smooth the rough spots on your feet which i feel is very effective compared to the manual scrub(which they do afterwards as well just in case they missed a spot!). they are also perfectionists when it comes to painting your nails using nail polish remover on a brush ensuring that polish is only on the nails, not on and around it. the reason for the 4 stars it that their color selection is strictly revolving around the reds/pinks/purples/darks. its nice to have other options especially if youre feeling extra colorful that day. i generally bring my own polish anyway so, problem solved. also, they are somewhat on the pricier side as far as manicures/pedicures go. for the mani/pedi combo i pay $ 50. although this is a little steep, i guess its worth it if they ensure your comfort and pay such close attention to perfecting your nails. it obviously doesnt bother me that much seeing that i keep going back.

Was my first time to this location. But the gal who did my toes made me feel welcome and relaxed! I settled of course for a bright electric purple to stand out for this late hot summer but who’s paying attention. Def might return for a follow up!

This place is great! I’ve never had a bad manicure or pedicure here, and I’ve been going for over a year now. All the technicians are so nice, and their work is meticulous. Their pedicures are really long-lasting, too, so you totally get your money’s worth.
