Tammy’s Alterations

Very very disappointed with this woman and her sewing and alterations business. I took a leather jacket to her in October and she told me about 3 weeks which I was fine with at the time. Went back 3 weeks later and she still hasn’t repaired it. She asked me to give her 2 more weeks which would be around the end of November which I agreed. Went back and she told me she had to order a new heavy duty zipper. She asked for a few extra weeks and I reluctantly agreed.
I have given her till the end of January and she had never ordered the new zipper and the leather jacket was not repaired. I have found dog hair on the jacket and it has a nasty smell to it. Apparently she has 3 – 4 dogs in the shop.
I would never send anyone to her for any kind of business. Shame she lied to me…
