Walk in to buy a gift card for a homeless man to do the right thing and the staff has no clue how to even do a gift card. First the guy running the counter had to get his supervisor and then his supervisor told us we had to buy something to add money to a gift card. So we go to buy a cookie for $ 0.54 with the tax and he tells us to swipe the gift card to add the $ 20.00 to it. We swipe the card and the register still reads $ 0.54 and he asks us how we’re paying for the cookie, I politely explain that the total would be $ 20.54 for the gift card and cookie and again asks how we’re paying for the cookie. He just was not understanding me, finally after going back and forth he explained that they can’t add money to a gift card. Was very displeased by this experience, thankfully I’m from out of town and don’t have to deal with them again.
