I had a new drink today… A friend recommended this: 4 shots espresso, venti scoop of ice, and vanilla syrup. Blended. It was amazing! This will be my new favorite drink to keep me going all day long!

This location is a good bit out of the way in Athens but is a better study place than the downtown one – actually pretty comfy inside. But you do have to get something to eat or drink.

Often very busy with long wait times. I’ve had long wait times at other Starbucks drive-​thrus and the staff is apologetic and sometimes provides a free drink coupon. Never at this location. For some reason, this Starbucks doesn’t seem to have the service of the one located a few miles NW along Atlanta Hwy. There, the service is always prompt and friendly and the beverages taste good. Here, especially in the drive-​thru, the drinks are subpar. I get an Americano and at this location it is always weak, while at the other location I mentioned above it is always full of flavor.
Seating inside is average and often full. Outside in the summer, the umbrellas aren’t positioned to be much help with the sun.
Overall it is average. If you have the time, drive a few more miles to the other location on the west side.

This is my second favorite Starbucks. Every time I pull up in the mornings the baristas are so incredibly nice. All the items are on point. You’re paying for the best. I always appreciate the warmth and kindness I receive with my morning coffee. Also any special requests I have (such as extra caramel or espresso shots) they are happy to provide.

I don’t know why people are complaining about the drive thru, I consider this location a high volume location… Drive thru is always packed but if you park and go inside it’s much faster. Just because you go through the drive thru does not mean coffee just magically appears at the speed of light. The people here are always friendly and they were kind enough to let me use two of my free rewards the same time today. My orders are always perfect… Raspberry latte or raspberry misto! And they always answer my million questions with upbeat attitudes when I’m inside asking about their products and when I was learning how to use the app! Good job guys!

This is my favorite Starbucks in town. The staff is friendly and they are quick! Most of the time I go through the drive thru, and I’m usually through it in less than 5 minutes –even in long lines.
If you go inside there is a good bit of seating despite the size, and it’s always very clean. The location is very convenient to the new theater and multitude of shops! Love it!

Worst stsrbucks ive ever been to. They were out of skinny vanilla and then my daughter ordered a passion fruit lemonaid and it took them 20 minutes to figure out they were out of lemonaid too! Terrible service and management.

THE INTERNET HERE SUCKS! I honestly feel ripped off, because I purchased a drink here to send some emails while taking a break from work. I spent over 15 minutes attempting to connect with no luck. This is unacceptable Starbucks! UNACCEPTABLE!
You are not my ‘Third Place’ if you can’t even provide adequate environment, i.e. Internet access.
Weaksauce! Bush League! I will be visiting your competitors from now on!

I watched the manager handle a mis-​step in a customer’s order. The customer was not upset or complaining, yet she went out of her way to apologize and make it up to the customer. Well done!
I’ve always had a good experience at this Starbucks. These are good folks who are always friendly even when super-​busy.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for a few years and have never been inside. I call this the highway Starbucks because it’s off of 316, near a lot of shopping and more people use the drive-​through than the inside. They take care of business here because of the traffic. The drive-​thru line can be really long but very quick. It’s nice for a drive-​thru.

Good place to stop by for a nice refreshing drink before I go off onto 316 for a billion-​hour drive to go home! It’s very quiet and it seems like a lot of people come here to study. People are friendly and they know how to mix those drinks (this is important because you know, not all Starbucks taste the same… Some baristas can be pretty bad…).
