I had another great experience at this Radio Shack today. Went out of my way to go to this location because of prior great experiences.
I walked in with a very clear idea of what replacement cell phone I wanted, and the manager (I think he was the manager, anyway) spent a great deal of time making sure I got exactly what I wanted (MP3 player and phone) without a lot of stuff I didn’t want (texting/​data plan). He was very knowledgeable and patient. There was a bit of a hold up when he couldn’t find a data card to go with the phone he was selling me, but there was an even bigger one when I switched gears and picked another phone entirely. All in all, I got what I wanted and took up a lot of his time and he was friendly and professional throughout.
