I have Purchased two Great Firm bed sets from this Mattress firm location. A king set last year and when I went in again this year to buy a full size set the same staff was there to help me again. Both experiences were pleasant and transitions were in a timely manner. Then even threw in a free bed frame, and gave me free delivery and set up. They just delivered my bed today. They were on time and were in and out in minutes. At this location I worked with Brock and Elias and they both were very helpful. Thanks Guys!

While we didn’t buy our mattress here, we did pick the set up here, and I looove the employees we worked with! I had concerns about transporting the set with my tiny car, and a kind associate informed me on the various ways I could have it transported. He was very kind and was pleasant to talk to! I ended deciding to rent a pickup, but I would be back a little after their closing time. They informed me that it wouldn’t be a problem and that an associate would stay behind to help me load the mattresses. Yahoo! The associate who waited for us was Taylor, and she was a delight! She was wonderful to talk to, super polite and handled tying down those mattresses like a pro! Love these guys!

Was going to competitor around the corner but stopped here first. Son needs the bed & we both learned a lot from Tyler. Still went to competitor but came right back here. Of course bought a bed and scheduled delivery. Can’t say enough about how easy an experience this has been. And everyone is so patient.

Just moved to the area from out of state into a brand new home with wood floors. Our mattress was scheduled for delivery between the hours of 9am and 1pm. The day of delivery they called 20 min to 9 stating they would be there around 9am. They brought the mattress and frame in quickly, dragging the mattress in the process. At some point the floor was scratched but bc we were in the process of doing our walk through we missed seeing the scratch in the brand new floor. It was super disappointing when we followed up with them the next day they could do nothing for is. Based on this I would not recommend delivery and will look else where when purchasing our next mattress.
