Logan’s Roadhouse

Came in on a Thursday afternoon mid lunch hour was seated right away Stephen my waiter gave me excellent service ordered a sirloin medium rare served on a hot sizzling platter perfect bike potato was great to.

Bad overall experience first the waitress came back after 20 minutes and told us that she lost our order. After some time the salads came out Cesar salad looked and tasted old, no cheese and croutons I asked her for croutons and she said ok. Never got them, then the one of the stakes was very heavily salted could not eat it. Manager asked if all ok we told her about the stake she asked if we wanted another stake but after too much time we were ready to leave so we told her no. She looked annoyed that she had to take the off the bill. Will never go back also wine took too long to get and refilled… will not go back.

I visited on a Monday night around six o’clock. I say at a high top in the bar area. I was never spoken to by any of the staff. I saw others set down, order drinks and then place food order. I saw the manager talking with others and wait staff attending to others. After twenty minutes I gave up and left. I called back and told manager about experience. He said if I would return he would buy my dinner. The company I work for pays for my meals so his offer was useless to me. My time was wasted and he can’t give that back. I visit other Logan’s about once a week. I travel every week for work. I will not return to this Logan’s in Athens when I return.

Had the half rack of ribs and loaded mac and cheese. I was very good. Everyone in our party was happy and satisfied. The service was great too. Will definitely be eating there again.

Decent food. I met here with a coworker and his family. The food was decent and the service was fast. The wait staff was very polite and the place was kid friendly.

Salads were gross with old leaves. Both my wife and mine and several brown leaves. Not fresh or appetizing at all. Will not be returning.

Generally, I don’t eat at chain restaurants. I had their Chicken Fried Steak. Very disappointed. Service was great. But, the food was terrible. I think Cracker Barrel has better CFS than this place.

This has officially become our go to place for steak! My husband and I have tried many places that claim to have amazing steak… (Porterhouse, Outback, Longhorns) but none have the consistency that we continue to find with Logan’s.
As soon as we walked in tonight we were completely ignored by the hostess. Fine, I can deal with that, but not even a «Hey, I’ll be right with you»…not even eye contact for 2 – 3 minutes until another hostess showed up and sat us (still with no greetings).
As usual my husband is Amazing and knows exactly what I like and how I would order my meal and does so to our Awesome server Jessie. Now after the cold welcome we got we have decided that not only are we not going to be eating here on any other day except on Friday but that we only want Jessie to wait on us from now on. She is spunky and has a Great personality and is fantastic at engaging her customers! She made our night! Fantastic service, Never an empty glass, Always a smile on her face! OTHERS SHOULD TAKE NOTES!
After a most enjoyable meal, a perfectly cook porterhouse steak (which as usual was Marvilous) and an Excellent waitress our only complaint is Logan’s welcoming committee… the hostess staff obviously needs more training.
And I must object to the heinous plaid that Logan’s has their staff wearing now… it’s called a uniform for a reason… (hint: because it’s «Uniformed») ;)

Three generations of females celebrated Valentines Day lunch here and the food was wonderful and portions were large enough you did not have to worry about dinner. Ordered chicken teriyaki with fries, fillet with grill scrimp, rice pilaf and broccoli, baby back ribs (half), rice pilaf and cinnamon apples. All of this under $ 50.00. Service was spot on and delightful conversations. Best part, the bucket of peanuts.

Been here multiple times service is great and the steaks are better every one is super friendly and the environment is welcoming for sure a place for the whole family

Management is accommodating and service staffing is quick and accurate. Steaks are great and cooked your way. Free peanuts at every table/​booth. Side dishes are high quality and other entries excellent. Good deserts.

Food has always been good but this the hostess was very rude. She tried to sit me at a table in the back area where no one was sitting even though plenty of tables in front section. And she thought it was funny when I asked for booth when there was one clearly available. Is the customer right or hostess wrong

The food is really good. Their chicken strips are great, and so are their rolls. Service is great too. Only drawback with it is the music can be VERY loud at times. I wish they’d turn it down. It can be rattling when eating. Other than that, I love their food.

We sat at the bar. The food was good. The service was great!!! Amanda was more than good she was the best. Attentive, polite and on top of it. Being from California she is definitely a «Georgia Peach». 5 Stars all the way around.

I’m giving this a 4 star because I don’t think the atmosphere, or the service, are comparable in the dining area to the bar. I have had pretty bad service in the dining area, especially when it comes to having drinks served and refilled.
Logan’s absolutely has the best sliders on this earth! The bread they use for these delectable little burgers is the yeast rolls which they serve in baskets when you come in. These little guys are heaven on a yeast roll! They also come in buffalo chicken which my hubby says are just as good!
I never have an empty glass when we sit at the bar and the service is just perfect. People watching in the bar area is great along with the all you can eat buckets of peanuts; allowing the shells to be swept to the floor!
I like all the other food too, as everything I have had has been very good, but I can never go there again without having those sliders for my dinner! OHYUM!

Good food and lots of fun to throw your peanut shells on the floor!
