Georgia Medical Massage

I just went for my first massage at this place. When first entering there were a lot of employees in the lobby talking. This made me a bit anxious and I wish they would have another space to wait for clients. However, everyone was very nice. The actual massage experience was nice. I wish that they would put noise machines along the floor to drown out the noise coming from the street. My room was next to the street and when I was trying to relax the noise from cars on the street was distracting.

Just doesn’t deliver high quality service. Holistic medicine needs a space to be practiced in. This isn’t that space.

One of the best massages ever.

I have had more than my fair share of massage therapy in my life. This afternoon I wad able to secure an appointment last-​minute, which I really needed because of some ongoing pain I’ve had. It was the single best massage therapy session I have ever had. Madison did some medical work on me, which gave me some immediate relief. Jessica then did a therapeutic massage to address my issues. I feel great!
I like that this facility is focused on health and wellness and not retail or «fluff» services. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in the door and was so pleased with everyone! My husband and I are going to sign up for the membership plan because of chronic issues, and work hand in hand with our chiropractor. So pleased with my experience and looking forward to more!

Wow! This was a great massage experience! Very approachable and friendly service in a nice setting. I have had several massages and this was my favorite so far. I think a big part of a successful massage is communication, so you’ll get the most out of it if you express what work you need. Excellent pricing, too!

My wife and I have been a semi-​regular customers for the past three years.
I’ve had massages at several other places, but Katrina at GMM is the first massause to apply the perfect amount of pressure (everyone else has been too soft). Once I identified my pain areas — mainly upper back/​arm numbness — she focused in on those areas and gave me tips for at-​home exercises. It worked wonders!

I first went here because of the student rate, but I keep coming back because the service is so great. I have chronic neck pain from my work and TMJ, and I always feel better when I leave. Better than that, they’re usually able to schedule me in within a day or two. Everyone’s really friendly and they all do good work. I’ve seen a number of the therapists and have my preferred one (Katrina), but they’re all really excellent. I recommend GMM to all my friends.

My partner is a student at UGA and he’s been to Georgia Medical Massage since the fall semester. During my last visit of the spring semester he made a reservation for me and I finally got to experience what he had been raving about.
The staff at the front desk was friendly and very excited to hear that I was there through word of mouth. After filling out some basic «first time there» information, Katrina (my masseuse) came out to greet me and take me back to a room.
The massage was great! She asked about any spots where I thought my need more attention and took that into consideration during the hour. It was more than just a body rub. She worked a few stretches as well as working things to as they say in Yoga, opening a few areas.
If you’re looking for a simple rub down for the sole purpose of relaxation, I’m sure you can get that here but if you’re looking to use massage as a means of healing and restoration, I would recommend Georgia Medical Message.

Ever had bad sex… just waiting for it to be over? That was the mutual experience at Georgia Medical Massage. Three of us girls bought the Deal Mobs deal and all three were completely disappointed. How do you screw up a massage? I didn’t know it could be done but not only did they do it once… you guessed it… three times! One of the «massage therapists» had her ear buds in listening to her own music. Wow ~ sigh~ save your money
