Georgia Heights is a great place to live! I like it because I still feel like I am surrounded by the college atmosphere with GH’s location, but that GH is a little escape. The mixed living environment makes it more quiet and people are more respectful of the building and shared community spaces. The staff in the office is always very helpful and informative. They make it feel like a true community because I can tell they care. My only complaint is that the noise level from my upstairs neighbors keeps me up at all hours. I don’t believe it is their fault, but low quality construction of the building. I can hear everything my next door neighbors do as well. They have a baby and it cries all the time keeping me up. As a 22-​year old college student, this is not something I wish to encounter in my living environment. Other than that though, its great! I love having my own assigned parking space as well. I never have to worry about not being able to find a spot.

Though it was a bumpy start, life at GH is great! My problems were handled as professionally as they could have, and I know my future problems (if there are any) will be treated the same. I look forward to staying here a long time. (:
