CJ&L manages our condo for us in Athens. They are very professional and communicate any problems with the condo in a timely manner. We are very happy with the service they provide for us!

This is the worst and rudest property management company that I have ever had to deal with. Upon move in I never received a key card to access the gated community and after weeks of waiting I was told by Christy Jenkins that I should just buzz the front office of the complex to let me in the gate (even though the office is only open until 6pm). My floors were not cleaned prior to move in even though I was told they were and they charge you cleaning fee when you leave, along with a whole list of other issues with the property. I was told numerous things would get taken care of, which they were not (including not having A/​C for weeks after moving in during a Georgia summer). I had to contact them multiple times to get simple things taken care of, while they act as if I am causing such an inconvenience for expecting the things they promised 2 weeks to a month prior. After them being unhelpful through phone calls and emails for weeks I had to waste my time multiple times by going in to their office. I was even asked to leave their office because I had inconvenienced the rude Christy Jenkins by discussing my issues with the property for 20 minutes. I highly recommend any perspective customers avoid this unprofessional company.
