I had no problems. The person who took the order was nice and patient with us. The order had a minor complication and he was gracious. The food arrived in a timely matter. It was going to a UGA dorm and they called when they got there. It was very much worth it. We were sending a surprise dinner to an under the weather student. I will definitely use this service again.

Food was just delivered an hour late and was ice cold. I’m grumpy, tired, hungry for fresh hot food, and out 24 bucks. I get that businesses are busy, but I don’t want to pay good money for a service and get food that has been sitting around for an hour and is no longer fresh. I got an apology which I appreciate, but it doesn’t change my situation. I’m mad and going to bed hungry. I feel like I just threw money away.

A delivery service is a great idea for people that can’t get away for lunch but don’t expect much from the delivery driver. I have used them multiple times and you never know who is going to show up with your food. Sometimes it is a college student other times its someone in pajamas… if you are dealing with people’s food you probably shouldn’t be wearing the clothes you and your dog just snuggled in. Like I said it’s convenient and I probably will have to keep using their services but maybe some uniforms or clothing guidelines would help.

Awful service tonight. Took just under 2 hours to receive my order. 1 employee blamed the restaurant and the driver blamed another customer.

Can get to be quite costly. Understandably you are paying for convenience. However, when asked about all the different fees they toss in there (service fees) on top of the delivery fee and tip, they didn’t have a direct answer as to what those fees were for — seems odd.
On a brighter note, they are always on time and friendly!
