Braums Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Would have selected ZERO stars if possible. I have gone to this Braums store many times and I can not remember the number of screws up with my order. But when they overcharge me and screw up my order I am not a happy person. I reported the screw up and the over charge, but the person I was talking to, was more concerned about telling me she was the assistance manager. Well I ended up with nothing to eat and out the cost of a meal I didn’t order. NOT GOING THERE EVER AGAIN

This Braums was just as nice & clean, with food & service comparable to other Braums restaurants. I don’t normally come for the meal-​type food, mostly just to treat myself to their ice cream. Peppermint is still my all-​time favorite!
The restrooms are also nice & well-​kept. At first I just saw 2 stalls, but then turned around & saw the 3^rd stall. It looks like they are building onto or remodeling one section of the eating area, so it got a bit crowded & somewhat noisy.
The breakfast food on the menu looks good, & there is more variety there, but too bad they stop serving breakfast at 10:30am. Meal-​wise, it’s slim pickings for vegetarian-​friendly stuff. But they were flexible & worked with me when I ordered one of the burgers without the meat patty. There are also salads. It would be better if they offered a veggie/​garden patty, or a grilled cheese, or baked potato, or extended breakfast to all-​day.
But, oh yeah! Their ice cream is what really steals the show!

Excellent ice cream. Cold burger. Ugly hard white lettuce rind. Soft overripe tomatoes. Delicious milk shakes and great prices on dairy in their store. Friendly folks but not a good spot for a hot meal.

Décor hasn’t been updated since it was built in the 90s. I have a lot of childhood memories here. Their burgers are traditional & shakes are delicious. They have a small grocery here selling their wares from the Braum’s creamery; butter, milk, frozen yogurt and ice cream.

Excellent customer service! This last visit, I went through the drive-​thru and ordered a burger combo. As the drive-​thru was busy, I was asked to pull to the side and someone would bring my order shortly. After about 10 minutes, an employee came out and asked what I had ordered. Turns out there was some confusion with orders in the kitchen. The managers were very apologetic and upgraded my drink and fries for no charge.
Drive-​thru employees are always friendly, courteous and helpful as well as the employees who run the grocery section. Not to mention, the food is of excellent quality and taste!

I’m not from these parts, but whenever I’m in town, I make a point to stop here for a treat. You can’t beat a $ 2 hot fudge sundae, and if you need a couple grocery items, well they’re available too. Plenty of indoor seating if it’s a hot day. The servers are always friendly.

As soon as weather begins to turn to fall, get off your *ahem* butt and run to braums for the pumpkin ice-​cream. LOVE at first bite!

Love this place, food, ice cream, groceries what more can u ask for, recommend the speciality burgers tho the regular one even tho good lack a special flavoring to stand out from any other burger
