These guys were so nice and easy going. I came in with a virus ridden laptop and asked them to basically clear it out and fix it. They did that and then downloaded free antivirus protection. I’m very happy with their service, how quick it was, and their price. I was taken aback both times I was in there just because there are always kids playing video games but they basically just continue their games and barely cause any noise. The employees were attentive and even asked the kids to lower the volume. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs technology repair :)

Brought my computer in when it wouldn’t boot up. They do a troubleshooting test where they perform maintenence on the hardware. During this check they discovered an issue with my RAM. They corrected the issue free of charge and I got my computer back in two days. Thanks so much for the help!

These guys and gals are so nice and smart and helpful. I have freebie office software on my compute now thanks to them, since I didn’t have Windows. Their place is kinda cluttered and quirky, but that’s what makes it charming. It’s comforting to know there’s a place so close to me with such smart and helpful staff. As much as I work on computers I’m kind of an idiot when it comes to figuring out the back end stuff so this is good.

They did a great job replacing my LCD screen on my laptop. They did a perfect job and didn’t break anything unlike the last place i went to. They offer great prices and I highly recommend these guys. Thanks again!

Have helped me out a few times. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Even pointed me in the right direction for my newest purchase which I will bringing to them right out of the box to set up for my needs and get rid of any un needed bloat. Thanks guys… and girl. :)

I had a virus and my computer was compromised; best option was to wipe the drive and re-​install which I didn’t have the resources to do myself at the time.
Tech To Trade did everything I asked they also gave me options to consider and didn’t pressure me which to choose.
They:
–Reinstalled Windows and drivers
–Backed up Files and made sure they were clean and put them back on my drive.
–Restored my computer back to the way it was (runs much faster now actually)
–After discussing with me about the options for my HDD they brought up the idea of getting a Solid State drive which I chose to purchase, I wanted an external drive too and they suggested turning my current laptop drive into a external drive (put it in a case etc) which was a great option and saved me money.
–Cleaned heat-​sink and re-​applied thermal paste
–Installed anti-​virus
–Also created an restore disk (Image) for me so I can always reinstall Windows myself If ever needed.
Overall price was fair; TtT are good honest people I’d definitely recommend them to any of my friends or family.

My computer was having some sort of tricky issue. I took it in and they did some standard maintenance on it and said to bring it back if that didn’t work.
It didn’t, and I brought it back. They did more complete tests and diagnosed the issue (power supply). Their prices are reasonable and they didn’t charge me for service the second time since they missed the issue on the first check.
I plan on updating my graphics card soon. I will definitely go to Omegabyte with any future issues. They explained everything to me clearly (even though I’m not good with hardware) and didn’t overcharge.
Next time I need a computer, I’ll see what they have/​can build me before buying something new. Seems like a better idea. This is a great small business to support.

Wife brought a projector up to see if they had cables to accommodate a VGA — RCA component. They looked at the projector itself, which *only* has RCA component connections, and said to her, «no you need a VGA to VGA cable, sorry».
