0 stars! And if I were to put a star. It would be to the nice young lady that answered the phone to have a tow truck come out to pick me up. That I sent away because he was unequipped lacked the intelligence to pick up my stock suspension GTI. That was less than 5 miles from the destination and had a flatbed and boards on the flatbed but refused to use the equipment/​boards to be specific they were 2×4 that he had on his truck to load cars. I’ve had various tow trucks do it in the past with no problem and no discussion. Instead I was told that the the boards are used only for chocking and blocking. And not for loading but who am I right? I’m not a tow truck driver I guess but it seems like a pretty simple task to ask a tow truck driver to do. In a time of need. I feel as though the service I requested was not given and no understanding of the situation was given. And for that I’d refer you not to use this establishment for any reason. This review was written from someone that is in the service industry and knows how to speak to customers and offer assistance wherever and whatever is needed.
